Bobby Petrino: The Hog Roars into Louisville

Bobby Petrino

.

Louisville has decided to roll the dice with Bobby Petrino, again. This time the Cardinals are protect themselves with a $10 million buyout.

Interestingly, Patrino has signed a salary deal reportedly worth $24.5 million over seven years. That works out to $3.5 million per year, assuming that the contract is evenly weighted.
Mark Richt goes into 2014 making $300,000 per year less than the coaching world’s most famous motorcyclist.

Even if you are just doing business, I don't see the demand for Petrino's services that would push his salary to that level.

Cute video. Still sad that  Strong left Louisville, the only school that would give him a head coaching job, so much for gratitude.

Louisville is nuts.  I bet he would have taken a million a year to get back into coaching.
