It’s that time of year again, time to gather and celebrate the extremely talented University of Georgia alumni at the 2017 Bulldawg Day at The Market on Sea Island. This year’s list is long and impressive with vendors from all over. Here are a few we can’t wait to visit!
GEORGIA OLIVE FARM
In an orchard in Lakeland, Georgia, a seed of hope was planted by five farmers dreaming of resurrecting olive oil production in the South. That small seed has now grown into the Georgia Olive Farm, whose olive oil is now being used by Southern chefs and James Beard award winners (1).
Darden’s Delights was built on the premise of enhancing opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. Their feel-good, taste-good, look-good, smack yo’ mama it’s so good pies can be ordered online and shipped.
WISHAM’S PEPPER JELLY
Wisham’s Pepper Jelly is so much more than jelly. It’s made from a variety of hand grown peppers and blended with fresh fruits to achieve a flavor that suits everyone’s palettes. Try it hot, sweet, or savory this week (2.)!
ONE LOVE ORGANICS
One Love Organics is the natural beauty brainchild of University of Georgia alumna Suzanne LeRoux. Born from a hobby to keep sane while in Law School, One Love Organics has grown into one of the top organic skincare lines in the country (3.).
GEORGIA SOURDOUGH CO.
Baker and UGA alumna Tracy Gribbon has invented what’s quickly become our favorite tailgate treat, Georgia Sourdough Co. crackers. Made in her Atlanta, Georgia kitchen, each cracker is rolled, baked and shaped into a unique and delicious bite you’ll never forget.
