Gerald Robinson enjoyed the most successful season of the former Bulldogs. He was named both Player of the Year and Guard of the Year for Latvia’s LBL after leading VEF Riga to regular-season and playoff titles.
In addition, Chris Daniels (France), Jumaine Jones (Mexico), Trey Thompkins (Russia), Dustin Ware (Hungary) and Vincent Williams (Kosovo) ranked among individual statistical leaders in their respective leagues.
Jones is still active in Mexico’s CIBACOPA playoffs. On Tuesday, he exploded for 30 points and 17 rebounds in Nogales’ 108-97 win over Los Mochis in the first game of the quarterfinals.

Chris Daniels, Orchy in France – Averaged 9.5 points and 7.6 rebounds per game, while shooting 61.5 percent from the floor. Ranked sixth in rebounds France’s ProB league individual stats. Orchy finished 19-15 overall and lost to Denain in the quarterfinals of the league’s playoffs.
John Florveus, Wuerzberg in Germany – Appeared in only one game and scored two points and grabbed one rebound for Wuerzberg, which finished 28-2 and won the German ProA regular-season title and playoffs.
Jarvis Hayes, CSU Asesoft Ploiesti in Romania – Averaged 8.8 points and 4.6 rebounds in five games before missing the rest of the season due to an injury.
Sundiata Gaines, Sidigas Avellino in Italy – Averaged 11.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.2 steals per game. Sidigas Avellino finished 12-18 in Italy’s SeriaA and failed to make the playoffs.
Albert Jackson, Al Nift in Iraq – No individuals stats available. Helped Al Nift to an 8-6 record and a fourth-place finish in Iraq’s Superleague.
Jumaine Jones, Fuerza Guinda de Nogales in Mexico – Currently averaging 12.6 points, 8.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game. Ranked eighth in rebounds in Mexico’s CIBACOPA individuals stats. Nogales finished 22-16 and in fifth place in the league standings and is currently competing in the quarterfinal round of the playoffs.
Travis Leslie, Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius in Lithuania – Averaged 7.1 points and 2.9 rebounds per game. Lietuvos finished 35-5 and advanced to the finals of Lithuania’s LKL playoffs.
Jeremy Price, Gaiteros de Zulia in Venezuela and Ciclista Juninense in Argentina – Averaged 10.6 points and 5.3 rebounds in 16 games played in Argentina and 5.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in two outings in Venezuela.
Gerald Robinson, VEF Riga in Latvia – VEF Riga competed in three leagues during the 2014-15 season – Latvia’s LBL; the VTB United League with teams from Belarus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Kazakhstan, Russia; and the Euroleague. In LBL games, averaged 17.2 points, 4.2 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game. Led the LBL in scoring and steals and also ranked seventh in assists. VEF Riga finished 8-2 in the regular season and then captured the LBL Championship during the playoffs. Robinson was named the LBL Player of the Year and Guard of the Year by Eurobasket.com. In VTB contests, averaged 17.8 points, 5.2 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game. Ranked third in scoring among VTB individual statistical leaders. VEF Riga finished with a 12-18 recored in VTB games. In one Euroleague outing, he scored 14 points and grabbed two rebounds.
Trey Thompkins, BC Nizhny Novgorod in Russia – Averaged 15.8 points and 7.5 rebounds while shooting 57.3 percent from the floor. Ranked eighth in rebounding and ninth in scoring VTB United League individuals stats. Novgorod finished 19-11 and lost to CSKA in the semifinals of the VTB playoffs.
Dustin Ware, Fortress Jaszbereny in Hungary – Averaged a team-high 19.5 points, 4.9 assists and 4.1 rebounds per game. Ranked seventh in scoring and eighth in assists in Hungary’s A Division. Lasbereny finished 13-17 on the season.
Damien Wilkins, Indios de Mayaguez in Puerto Rico – Averaged 17.3 points and 4.3 rebounds. Mayaguez finished with a 19-21 record in Puerto Rico’s BSN standings and failed to make the playoffs.
Donte Williams, KK Tajfun Sent Jer in Slovenia – Averaged 3.1 points and 2.3 rebounds. Tafjun finished 19-1 in Slovenia’s Telemach standings and also won the league’s playoff title.
Vincent Williams, KB Kastrioti in Kosovo – Averaged 18.3 points, 6.6 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game. Ranked fifth in both assists and steals and eighth in scoring among individual statistical leaders in Kosovo’s SuperLeague. Kastrioti finished with a 3-25 record.
Terrance Woodbury, Shiga Lakestars in Japan – Averaged 18.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game while shooting 48.3 percent from the field. Shiga finished 34-18 in the regular season and fourth in the BJ League’s Western Division. Shiga then advanced to the Western Division finals of the playoffs before losing to eventual champion Hamamatsu. Woodbury scored a game-high 20 points in the third-place game of the BJ playoffs.
