I don’t want to make too much of the revenue and expense numbers for 2015/2016 recently released by NCAA. After all, UGA has made significant investments recent years. But 15th in revenue, 15th in expenses and 15 in the Learfield Director’s Cup leaves one underwhelmed – on a good day.
