[su_spacer size=”40″] In addition, game time has been set at 7 p.m. for the Bulldogs’ Friday, Nov. 6 exhibition against Armstrong Atlantic.
[su_spacer size=”40″] The contest represents the Bulldogs’ third confirmed appearance on ESPNU during the 2015-16 campaign. Georgia’s SEC dates at Florida on Jan. 2 and against Texas A&M in Athens on Jan. 16 also will be televised on ESPNU. In addition, games at LSU on Jan. 26, vs. South Carolina on Feb. 2, at Kentucky on Feb. 9 and vs. Florida on Feb. 16 could air on ESPNU. Those four contests are designated as “flex” games, with the network for air to be determined 7-10 days prior to the outing.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Georgia returns three starters and nine total letterwinners from last year’s team that finished 21-12 and earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Bulldogs are in the midst of their winningest stretch in SEC play ever, earning their most league victories in two-year (23 in 2013-14 and 2014-15) and three-year (32 adding in 2013-14) spans. Senior guards Kenny Gaines and Charles Mann, who averaged 11.7 ppg and 11.2 ppg, respectively, last season, headline the returning players.

The Panthers have won three consecutive Big South Conference regular-season titles and return three starters and 11 letterwinners from last season’s squad. Forward John Brown is High Point’s top returnee after averaging team highs of 19.3 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.2 spg and 1.0 bpg during 2014-15.
[su_spacer size=”40″] The pre-Thanksgiving matchup will be the second all-time between the Bulldogs and Panthers. Gerald Robinson scored a game-high 21 points to lead Georgia in an 85-38 win on Dec. 21, 2010. Trey Thompkins added 15 points, Connor Nolte chipped in 11 (with a perfect 4-of-4 FG and 2-of-2 3FG performance) and Dustin Ware contributed 10.
