One of the greatest basketball players of all-time and one of the most distinguished Bulldogs ever, Teresa Edwards carved out an incredible career on the hardwood and continues to be a tremendous source of motivation and inspiration.

Edwards was a part of five United States Olympic Teams, capturing five medals, including four Golds. She is a member of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame.

At Georgia, she helped lead the Lady Bulldogs to the 1983 and 1985 Final Fours and a pair of SEC championships, while leaving an incredible legacy. Her number 5 was retired and she was part of Georgia’s inaugural “Circle of Honor” class.
