Opening Tip

» Georgia returns to action following a bye week to host the Florida Gators Sunday at 1 p.m. ET inside Stegeman Coliseum. Sunday’s contest, which will be carried live on the SEC Network, is Georgia’s Blackout Game, with fans encouraged to wear black.

» Georgia holds a 53-15 series advantage, has won three-straight and seven of the last eight games against the Gators.

» The Lady Bulldogs defeated Florida twice last season on their way to the NCAA Tournament under then first-year head coach Joni Taylor.

» Georgia has won six-straight games against SEC opponents inside Stegeman Coliseum.

» The Lady Bulldogs enter the Florida game following road matchups at No. 5 South Carolina and at Kentucky. Georgia hung tough with the Gamecocks and was up by two — 55-53 — with just over four minutes remaining before USC pulled out the 66-63 victory.

» Redshirt senior guard/forward Pachis Roberts leads the Lady Bulldogs during conference play, averaging 15.8 points and 7.0 rebounds per game. Roberts entered the 2016-17 campaign with 13 career starts and averaged just 5.0 ppg in her first three seasons (includes freshman season at Syracuse).
