University of Georgia equestrian junior Kyndall Harper has been named the NCEA Shorty’s Reining Rider of the Month by the National Collegiate Equestrian Association.

This is the second NCEA Rider of the Month accolade of Harper’s career. The St. Augustine, Fla. native was also given the award in October 2014.

A 2016 NCEA All-American Honorable Mention, Harper led the Bulldog Reining squad with an event-high and MOP-earning 73-70 defeat of then-No. 2 Baylor’s Georgia Smith. The MOP honor marked the sixth of her career.

Harper and the No. 7 Georgia equestrian team hit the road to take on the third-ranked Auburn Tigers on Saturday, Feb. 11 at 2 p.m. ET at the Auburn University Horse Center.
