No. 2 Georgia equestrian will open the 2017-18 season on the road at No. 9 Fresno State (1-1) on Friday, September 29. Competition is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. ET.

Three Georgia Bulldogs will be making their debut in the starting lineup against Fresno State. Sophomore Ali Tritschler will compete in Equitation Over Fences, while freshman Jordan Carpenter and sophomore Julia Spreng will compete in Reining.

Fresno State opened its season last week with a doubleheader against Texas A&M and South Dakota State. The Bulldogs defeated the Jackrabbits, 17-2, before falling to the top-ranked Aggies, 14-5.
