As the Georgia equestrian team prepares for the spring slate of their 2017-2018 schedule, the Bulldogs remain the top-ranked team in the nation, as determined by the National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) selection committee.

Georgia has held the No. 1 ranking since the Oct. 17 release and finished the fall portion of its schedule with a perfect 6-0 record.

SMU remained the No. 2 team with Oklahoma State moving up to the No. 3 spot. Texas A&M moved down to No. 4. Both Auburn and Fresno State held steady at No. 5 and No. 6, respectively.

TCU moved up to the seventh spot with Baylor, UT-Martin, and South Dakota State rounding out the top-10.

Georgia’s Hunt Seat squad returns to action on Saturday, February 3 with a meet against Sweet Briar. The meet is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the UGA Equestrian Complex.
