Bulldawgs and BBQ with Bernie and Corbindawg

BD Illustrated ON-Air graphic - 001

Bernie from Bernie’s Dawg Blawg and Corbindawg from The Grit Tree join Bulldawg Bob to talk some Bulldawgs and BBQ this week. What do Bernie and Corbin think of the quarterback battle for Georgia as the second scrimmage is on the horizon for this weekend? Are they as excited about Offensive Line Coach Sam Pittman and the big men in the trenches as Bob? Will we actually finally see the tight ends catch the ball in Jim Chaney’s offense? And there is a difference between “hash” and “stew” … one is just plain wrong!

Be sure to look for Bernie and Corbindawg for more Bulldawgs and BBQ the week of the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff game when Georgia opens their college football season against North Carolina on September 3rd.

Corbindawg after thinking about it I’m not sure they even have potato salad anymore, think they just serve slaw as a cold side

Corbindawg awesome, I know you said you try to get the same thing (stew and potato salad) for sides each time but I recommend forgoing the potato salad it’s ok but the baked beans are serious, they put a good amount of pulled pork in them and use a few different types of bean. Unless you don’t like beans I think you would prefer them to the potato salad, I know I do. Happy eating and as always GO DAWGS!!!

Corbindawg If you are ever in Jackson Ga, stop by The Blind Pig, it’s on Barnett’s Bridge Rd and is in my opinion the best barbecue around the area, the baked beans are fantastic and the pulled pork is competition grade, in fact I’m so confident you’d like if you don’t send me the bill
