During post-practice player interviews on Tuesday, senior tight end Charlie Woerner talks about keeping fresh legs this week as the team gets ready for LSU and the SEC Championship Game. Woerner also shares his thoughts on Mercedes-Benz Stadium being thought of a home away from home for the Georgia football team and with the absence of Lawrence Cager and George Pickens at receiver, will he and the other tight ends get more looks in the passing game.

Is there a potential for you to get more looks with the absence of Lawrence Cager and George Pickens?

“That kind of stuff works itself out during the week at practice with the plays we install. We talk about plays that work and what is going to happen in the game before the game is even played. A lot of that is worked out throughout the week, and when it comes to game time, we know what the plan is. We’ve just got to go out and do what we’ve been doing all week.”
