The 6-foot-0 and 200 lbs linebacker out of Baltimore, MD narrowed his list down from over 14 scholarship offers.
247Sports rates Willis a 4-star, the No. 11 OLB, and No. 6 player from the state of Maryland for the 2021 recruiting class. Rivals also rates Willis a 4-star prospect, the No. 6 OLB, and the No. 8 player from the state of Maryland.
