Daily Dawg Thread 09 January 2020: Georgia sends out two more 2021 offers, Thomas Fidone and Jamon Dumas-Johnson

It’s been a busy news week with players announcing their decision to return or declare for the NFL Draft as well as entering the NCAA Transfer Portal, but amidst all of this, the Georgia coaching staff doesn’t stop recruiting. In addition to offers on Tuesday to 2021 prospects Derrick Davis, Jr. and Nathaniel Wiggins, click here in case you missed it, the Bulldogs also have offered a couple of other 2021 prospects, Thomas Fidone II on Tuesday and then Jamon Dumas-Johnson on Wednesday.

Thomas Fidone is a 6-foot-5 and 217 junior tight end and wide receiver out of Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He also competes and participates in track and field in the 100-meter sprint, 100-meter hurdles, 200-meter hurdles, and high jump. 247Sports rates Fidone as a four-star prospect, the No. 10 TE, and the No. 3 player from the state of Iowa for the 2021 recruiting class. Junior SZN

Jamon Johnson is a 6-foot-2 and 220 lbs junior outside linebacker for St. Frances Academy out of Baltimore, Maryland. Johnson is rated a four-star prospect and the No. 23 OLB by 247Sports for the 2021 recruiting class. Rivals rates Johnson as a three-star prospect and the No. 13 inside linebacker while ESPN as a three-star outside linebacker prospect.
