Daily Dawg Thread 16 June 2020: Recruiting update on safety Donovan McMillon

The University of Georgia offered Peters Township High School 2021 safety Donovan McMillon back in spring in April.

The 6-foot-2 and 193 lbs rising senior has a whopping 54 scholarship offers, and including the Bulldogs, he holds offers from Florida, LSU, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, and Tennessee to name a few.

Since the offer from UGA, McMillon has narrowed down his top schools from ten in May to five on the first of June.

While the Dawgs did make McMillon’s top-10, they were not one of the schools in his top-five, which are Florida, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas A&M, and Virginia Tech. But to say Georgia is out of it may be premature as we have seen prospective student-athletes change their top-schools before. However, the Gators are the early favorite to land McMillon.

McMillon also competes at wide receiver and outside linebacker in addition for safety for the Indians out of McMurray, PA. Both 247Sports and Rivals rank McMillon a three-star safety prospect for the 2021 recruiting class at this current time.
