It’s Christmas one week early for college football fans… It’s Early Signing Day! Starting today on Wednesday, December 18th and going through Friday, December 20th, prospective student-athletes will have the opportunity to sign their National Letter of Intent, just LOI or NLI for short. For those that choose to wait, they can do so again on National Signing Day on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.
For the University of Georgia, there are 13 of their 16 verbally committed 2020 prospects who plan on signing their LOIs. Offensive linemen Chad Lindberg and Tate Ratledge both reaffirmed their commitment to the Bulldogs Tweeting out that they would be signing with UGA today.
Below is a full listing of 2020 UGA commits and what time they have planned to sign their LOIs. Kendall Milton plans on turning in his LOI this a.m. and then have a ceremony in the evening. Broderick Jones and Sedrick Van Pran are planning on waiting to sign on National Signing Day, Wednesday, February 5, 2020.

In addition to current UGA commits, there are a number of undeclared prospects who plan to announce their decision and sign their LOIs today. Below is a list of Georgia targets and offers that have scheduled times to announce and sign. There is also a list of prospects who will announce their decision during the national high school football all-star games on Thursday, January 2 and Saturday, January 4, 2020 and also included are those recruits waiting till National Signing Day on February 5, 2020.
Note: Major Burns was planning on waiting to announce his decision today but went ahead and committed to the Bulldogs on Tuesday, December 17th and he will sign his LOI today, on Wednesday, with UGA.

11:00 a.m. ET – EJ Smith – (BB2’s prediction – ???) – Committed to Stanford live on ESPN just after 11:30 a.m. ET. Has not turned in his LOI as of 06:15 p.m. ET.
12:30 p.m. ET – CJ Stroud (EE) – (BB2’s prediction – 50/50 OHIO STATE & UGA) – Committed to Ohio State live on ESPN just after 12:30 p.m. ET. Stroud has signed and turned in his LOI to the Buckeyes.
01:00 p.m. ET – Arian Smith – (BB2’s prediction – UGA) – Committed to UGA live on ESPN just after 01:00 p.m. ET. Signed and turned in LOI at 02:10 p.m.
01:45 p.m. ET – Sam Brown – (BB2’s prediction – FLORIDA) – Committed to WVU shortly after 1:45 p.m. ET, and he has signed his LOI with the Mountaineers.
02:00 p.m. ET – Justin Flowe – (BB2’s prediction – OREGON) – Committed to Oregon shortly after 2:15 p.m. ET, and he has signed his LOI with the Ducks.
02:30 p.m. ET – Jordan Burch – (BB2’s prediction – UGA) – Committed to South Carolina shortly after 2:30 p.m. ET, but has not signed his LOI as of 06:15 p.m. ET.
03:30 p.m. ET – Jermaine Burton (EE) (LSU Commit) – (BB2’s prediction – flips to UGA) – Flipped his commitment from LSU to UGA shortly after 3:45 p.m. ET and has signed his LOI with the Bulldogs.
04:00 p.m. ET – Eric Reed, Jr. – (BB2’s prediction – UGA) – Committed to Auburn just after 4:00 p.m. ET and has signed his LOI with the Tigers.

Update on Washington as of 5:30 p.m. ET: It looks like he may have signed his LOI via a post on his Twitter account but the plan is for him to still wait to announce which school he signed with on Jan. 2nd.
