Daily Dawg Thread 19 June 2020: UGA extends offer to Larry Turner-Gooden

The University of Georgia extended a scholarship offer to St. Bernard High School, Playa Del Rey, CA 2022 athlete Larry Turner-Gooden on Thursday.

Turner has over 26 scholarship offers currently, and including the one from the Bulldogs, he also holds offers Alabama, Clemson, Florida, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, Southern California, and Tennessee to name a few programs.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pounds rising junior competes and contributes at a multitude of positions including running back and wide receiver on offense and cornerback as well as free and strong safety on defense. So what position does Turner project at, at the collegiate level?

 

 

 

 

With his size, frame, and athleticism, Turner looks like a receiver or safety at the next level. 247Sports already has Turner as a four-star and the No. 4 athlete prospect for 2022. Rivals also rates Turner as a four-star athlete prospect.
