The University of Georgia offered Acadiana High School 2022 defensive back Laterrance Welch on Monday.

With the offer from the Bulldogs, Welch now has over 10. He also holds scholarship offers from Alabama, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Virginia to name a few.
The 6-foot-1 and 180 lbs rising junior competes at cornerback and wide receiver for the Rams out of Lafayette, LA. He doesn’t currently have a ranking with 247Sports or Rivals at this time, but I expect that to change in the near future as media outlets continue to evaluate 2022 prospects.
