Parkview High School junior running back Cody Brown is coming off a visit to the University of Georgia over the past weekend.
Brown was offered by the Bulldogs during his sophomore year at Parkview in February 2019.
So far, the 6-foot-0 and 215 lbs running back has over 19 scholarship offers. 247Sports along with ESPN and Rivals have Brown rated as a four-star running back for the 2021 recruiting class. 247 and Rivals rank Brown as one of the top-10 backs for 2021.
Brown has rushed for 1,500 yards each of the last two seasons at Parkview. This past season, he carried the ball 214 times and gained 1,676 yards, scoring 20 rushing touchdowns in 12 games. In the 2019 GHSA playoffs, Brown carried Parkview on his shoulders rushing for 503 yards and 8 touchdowns on 68 carries. In the GHSA Class AAAAAAA state semi-final game versus Marietta, Brown rushed 197 yards and 2 touchdowns on 25 carries in a 31-42 loss.
In his three seasons at Parkview High School, Brown has racked up over 3,694 yards and 53 touchdowns on 450 carries on the ground. You can watch Cody Brown’s latest highlights by clicking on the video below. Just look for No. 7.
