Daily Dawg Thread 23 November 2019: Defensive tackle Jalen Lee Decommits from LSU

On Thursday night, 2020 defensive tackle prospect Jalen Lee announced via Twitter that he was de-committing from LSU and re-opening up his recruitment.

Lee, who is out of Live Oak High School in Watson, LA, had committed to the Tigers this past June. Lee holds over 21 scholarship offers, including one from UGA, who he listed in his top-10 back in May.

Lee has an official visit scheduled for Ole Miss on December 14th and another potential landing spot for the d-lineman is Alabama. I think Georgia would be a surprise here, but the Dawgs are looking for defensive tackles in this 2020 recruiting class.

The 6-foot-3 and 294 lbs Lee is rated a 4-star prospect and the No. 29 DT in the 2020 recruiting class by 247Sports. He is also rated a 4-star recruit by Rivals who have him as the No. 16 DT prospect.
