NEWS:

Mookie Cooper is a four-star athlete from Saint Louis, Missouri. He’s 5-9 and 178 pounds. According to the latest 2020 247Sports Composite rankings, he ranks as the No. 86 overall prospect, No. 6 ATH, and the No.2 player in MO. Cooper currently holds 25 offers with the latest coming from Arkansas and Florida on Sept. 4. Alabama offered on June 13, Wisconsin on May 8, and Georgia on May 1. Cooper visited Texas for an unofficial visit on June 16 and Illinois on Feb. 18.  On his 247Sports profile, Texas holds 100 percent of the advantage, but I think it’s a little early for it. I expect Georgia to get him on campus at some point for camp or for a visit. Cooper is likely going to be one of the most sought-after guys if he continues to develop like he is.

Kristian Story

CLASS: 2020

POSITION: ATH

HT, WT: 6-1 206

# OF OFFERS: 15 offers

NEWS:

Kristian Story is a four-star athlete from Lanett, Alabama. He’s 6-1 and 206 pounds. According to the latest 2020 247Sports Composite rankings, he ranks as the No. 93 overall prospect, No. 7 ATH, and the No. 2 player in AL. Story currently holds 15 offers with the latest coming from  Virginia on Sept. 12. A one time Tennessee commit, he decided to de-commit from the Volunteers on Sept. 4th. Story visited Georgia Tech on Sept. 22 and Alabama on Oct. 13. Both visits were unofficial visits. Alabama holds 100 percent of the advantage on his 247Sports profile. I think Story keeps his options open, but will likely make a decision before his senior season starts. Keep an eye out for this one, he’s a good size and quite talented.
