Daily Dawg Thread 26 October 2019: UGA extends preferred walk-on offer to Braxton Lee Hicks

The University of Georgia extended a preferred walk-on offer, aka PWO, to Rabun County High School senior Braxton Lee Hicks on Friday.

Hicks visited UGA for the South Carolina game back on Saturday, October 12th, and he also took an unofficial visit back in May and in March.

The 6-foot-2 and 195 lbs senior out of Tiger, GA has full scholarship offers from both Air Force and Army. Hicks plays both at wide receiver on offense and at cornerback on defense for the Rabun County Wildcats. In 46 games for the Cats, Hicks has hauled in 148 receptions for 2,914 yards and 37 touchdowns as a receiver. On defense, Hicks 41 tackles, 5 interceptions, and 8 passes defended.
