With the win, the Lady Bulldogs improve their perfect record to 6-0 on the year, while the Badgers fall to 3-3. Next up, Georgia will face VCU on Friday at 3:15 p.m. ET.

Diamond Battles once again led Georgia with a 24-point effort, finishing one off her career high. Battles tied a career best with five made 3-point field goals. Brittney Smith added 16 points and is now one point away from 1,000 in her career.

The Lady Bulldogs forced 23 Badger turnovers and outscored Wisconsin 25-5 in the fourth quarter.

Georgia trailed for most of the first half and for a large portion of the second frame. The Lady Bulldogs were plagued by poor shooting, hitting just 26.7 percent from the field compared to Wisconsin’s 46 percent effort in the first half.

Wisconsin built a 33-23 lead at the half and extended that advantage to as much as 20 — 55-35 — late in the third quarter.

The final 10 minutes belonged to Georgia. The team went on a 26-0 run to seize control of the game en route to the 68-60 victory.
