[su_spacer size=”40″] ATHENS — University of Georgia freshman offensive lineman DeVondre Seymour has decided to discontinue his football playing career according to an announcement Thursday by UGA head coach Mark Richt. “I met with DeVondre and he feels strongly that football is not what he wants to do,” said Richt. “We do wish him well in whatever career he chooses to pursue.”
Seymour is a graduate of North Gwinnett High School and Hinds (Miss.) Community College.
