GEORGIA

 
Vince Dooley, one of the great coaches in college football history, led his Georgia teams to a 3-0 record against Tech teams coached by Tech legend Bobby Dodd.
 
One of the greatest moments in Bulldog baseball history was a Super-Regional sweep at Tech in 2004, as David Perno led Georgia to the College World Series.
 
In Herschel Walker’s three games against Tech, he ran for 592 and nine touchdowns, leading Georgia to wins over the Jackets in 1980, 1981 and 1982.

GEORGIA TECH

 
Bobby Dodd, one of the great coaches in college football history, led Tech to tremendous success in the 1950s, including SEC titles in 1951 and 1952.
 
The Yellow Jackets outstanding Final Four basketball team of 1990 featured a trio of All-ACC guards dubbed ‘Lethal Weapon 3’ – Dennis Scott, Kenny Anderson, and Brian Oliver.
 
Dating back to 1997, Tech has been to a bowl game in 19 of the last 20 seasons, including eight of the previous nine under the watch of Paul Johnson.
