UGA senior football player Aaron Davis interned with the NFL players Association in May 2017. Davis, a redshirt senior, was impressed with the mission of the Association:
“The NFLPA is a first class organization and that shows in their day-to-day operations. I got to meet with almost every type of employee that they have and it was extensive. They cover player affairs, player promotion, and life after football. Their work environment mimics that of a players, in which you can be comfortable, yet everyday is a constant reminder that you must be on your A-game. They truly are there to serve the players and strive to get as much for the players as they can. It was a wonderful experience that opened my eyes to the array of services they provide for players.”
Davis completed his bachelor’s degree during Fall 2016.
We had the opportunity to chat with him at Camp Sunshine last week.
