Isaac Nauta spoke to the media on Wednesday about the Auburn loss. Then he talked about how the line of scrimmage struggled in that game. The sophomore tight end explained what they worked on this week to fix some of the mistakes that the team made in that loss.

Nauta mentioned it’s the small details that the offensive line and the tight end needs to fix. He talked about how everyone needs to know where they should be at all times. Nauta says Auburn outplayed Georgia plain and simple, but the Bulldogs learned from the loss.

Just focusing on the small details,” Nauta says. “It just comes down to technique, want-to, and making sure you’re where you’re supposed to be at all times. That was our biggest thing. We just had to clean up some finer details that could have popped off some bigger runs or a bigger pass. So it all comes down to small things, really.  They outplayed us, plain and simple. That’s the way it was, but like I said, we learned from it. We don’t ever want to have that feeling again. So we’ve come out to work this week and want to put together a good one against Kentucky.

The tight end spoke for the team about not wanting to feel the way they did after Auburn, and fixing the small details is the first step.
