The Funeral service for Quentin Moses will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. ET at Cornerstone Church in Athens, GA and officiated by the Bishop James Washington, Jr.
 
 
Moses was a former All-American and All-SEC defensive end for the Georgia Bulldogs football team from 2003-2006. After his collegiate career, he would go on to play 4 years in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins from 2007-2010, and for the past 5 years, has been Reinhardt University’s defensive line coach for the Eagles’ football team. Moses tragically passed away in a house fire in Monroe, GA over the weekend at the age of 33 along with two other individuals.

The viewing will be held prior to the service on Friday, February 17th from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. ET at Grandview Funeral Chapel, 605 Olympic Dr., Athens, GA 30601. The family of Quentin Moses will be available to greet guests from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET.

There will also be a Celebration of Life service for Quentin Moses today at 1 p.m. ET a the Brown Athletic Center on the campus of Reinhardt University. Moses’ high school Alma mater, Cedar Shoals, will be hosting a vigil on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. ET at Waters-Wilkins Stadium.
