RafaRich AlphaDawg Bulldawg Bob2  Hey RafaRich. I’m not a doctor, but my wife had to have her gall bladder removed a few years ago.

It is a pretty routine surgery now-a-days. The biggest life change from having it removed is that you have to be careful how much greasey and fried foods you eat. That is primarily what the gall bladder does is that it stores bile to aid in the digestion of fats.

Other than that, after Mrs. BB2 recovered from surgery, she hadn’t really noticed a difference.

  2. RafaRich

AlphaDawg Bulldawg Bob2 I was told that I may have to have mine removed as well. How does that affect you for the rest of your life? Do you have to take pills or they need to do some re-plumbing or is it just not really needed?

  3. DawgDaddy

Hobnailboot aka RobG I’ve played the Oconee Course and I agree, it is awesome!

  4. Bulldawg36

Yup it is….I have a big wish list..when I saw that Kirby was gonna play golf I just added to my list

  5. Hobnailboot aka RobG

Bulldawg36  of all the things to wish for that’s what you come up with

  6. Bulldawg36

Wish he wouldn’t play golf… But if he can beat tech then all fine& gravy with me! Get em Kirby!!!

  7. DawgDaddy

RobDawg He did not have a clue where he was or that he even owned a hat lol.

  8. Greg Poole

websater He had PSU on top but said if he got the offer UGA would move to the top

  9. RumRunnerDoogie

Hobnailboot aka RobG RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole well name them then lol

  10. Hobnailboot aka RobG

Bulldawg Bob2 Reddawg13 Bulldawg36  correct I think they mostly run yards could be mistaken though##

  11. Hobnailboot aka RobG

AlphaDawg  and it is just now being found out, if that were UGA the AJC would have had a story 30 minutes later

  12. RumRunnerDoogie

Greg Poole RumRunnerDoogie yea idk why there is so much talk about it. a couple hour camp isnt going to sway someone or help the “unkown recruits”

  13. Greg Poole

RumRunnerDoogie  I think what we are going to see is that kids flock to these camps and they become like Dawg Night last year. – practically useless.

Kirby is going to continue to rely on getting kids on campus at the elite camps he will hold.

Satellite camps are vastly overrated and will be the source of a once in a blue moon player.

  14. DawgDaddy

RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole The GMC   logo         is  Georgia Military College a junior college here in Milledgeville.

BenKellam Greg Poole It’s the hardest thing to teach a gifted athlete even in HS!

Greg Poole Dawgnation4 Just like the ole signature…  Win, and they will come!  He has a tremendous amount of momentum and like I said earlier, I’ve never personally seen our recruiting at this level in my lifetime as a dawg, but there is one thing that will always be true…  You gotta win baby!  Ask ole’ boootch up at UTk how he feels after another disappointing season this year and all the drama…  He recruited with the best of them, but hasn’t won a darn thing!

  17. Dawgnation4

Greg Poole Dawgnation4 I love the fact that kids are currently buying into, it shows they are buying into the “process” CKS has for the program. I just hope, kids continued to buy into the same way.

  18. Greg Poole

Dawgnation4  There is little question that he is doing exactly that.
Very few recruits are going to be able to command the type of attention that Drob did. I do not see an issue. Kids that follow the program that CKS lays out will require less de-recruitment.

  19. Dawgnation4

Interesting thought, Do you think CKS is telling some recruits not to go public with their commitments until he gives them okay, in order to keep the momentum moving forward?

While I loved the timing of the Blount announcement, it could raise an issue. Kids/recruits want their announcements to be special most of the time and it could be seen as CKS manipulating their announcements to benefit the school. Also, if we truly have 6-10 more silent commits, could them being silent affect their long term decision vs if they were verbally committed? I don’t believe there is anyway to know for sure on the latter question.

Just playing devil’s advocate here, and trying to spark a little fun debate.

  20. Greg Poole

Brooklyndawg BahitsAgain It will not happen under the current cable model. Adding a second team from inside the footprint would generate zero dollars for the SECnet – zero. In fact, each would get a share of revenue but bring none. Thus, it ain’t happening.
When a la carte happens ask me again – until then it is a non-starter.

  21. BahitsAgain

AlphaDawg Greg Poole Robertson will definitely have less competition from those on his new team.  I hope that doesn’t slow his progress.  I like the kid and don’t have a problem with his delayed decision or that he wants to go out west.   I wish we got him, but our receivers – WR, TEs and out of the backfield backs will be “sicknasty”.

  22. BahitsAgain

Greg Poole does cheering on “the hacker” constitute as a crime via aiding and abetting?

  23. Brooklyndawg

BahitsAgain Brooklyndawg Greg Poole I don’t want to see either FSU or Clemson in the SEC east, are you kidding, make it even tougher for US to win the east?

  24. BahitsAgain

AlphaDawg Give them a break.  They have to deal with Gus, the ridiculous Auburn hick fan base, and their own low expectations.   They need something to help them to forget about it.

  25. Greg Poole

BahitsAgain All three of those teams would cost SEC a fortune. There will be no additions from inside the conference footprint.

  26. BahitsAgain

Greg Poole I remember Robert Edwards knee injury playing flag on a beach was so bad that he almost could have lost his leg and apparently even his life.   You don’t think about things like that.

  27. BahitsAgain

Brooklyndawg Greg Poole Death sentence, them move Missouri to the West and lure FSU, Clemson or Miami into the east.  🙂

  28. BahitsAgain

MMCSDAWG Greg Poole Our draft eligible guys were not Kirby’s, yet he bent over backward to help them get to the league.   Besides being a good person and loyal to the Dawg nation, he knows it is a recruiting tool and that those guys will appreciate it and come back to help via money and/or time.

Butch is a knucklehead…. I mean brick head.

  29. AlphaDawg

Greg Poole Hope he stays cause I’ve got a feeling Bobo will make his way back to the SEC

  30. RobDawg

I think Gus is the best long term coach that Auburn could have and highly endorse him for a 5 year extension

  31. Brooklyndawg

MMCSDAWG Greg Poole I’m constantly asking myself, how has a once-successful franchise ended up with the likes of Derek Dooley, than Bootch.

Greg Poole And a piss poor job of Ole Boootchy promoting his players to scouts and teams.  There was a quote from one of them in an article that I took as a slam to booootch for not really supporting the draft eligible players.

  33. Brooklyndawg

Bulldawg Bob2 Brooklyndawg ZippyMorocco AlphaDawg Not sure, they may be using the attendance rules playbook used by UNC.

  34. Brooklyndawg

Greg Poole I;m going to drop my prayers that the NCAA complete their investigations on UNC, in favor of the hammer being dropped on ‘Ol Piss.

  35. Bulldawg Bob2

Brooklyndawg ZippyMorocco AlphaDawg Punishment for Auburn players is having to go to class #####

  36. Brooklyndawg

ZippyMorocco AlphaDawg No brainer punishment coming up on this one. The Gus Bus will drop off the offending players at the stadium, where they will help clean up any remaining mess left over from their spring game.

  37. Greg Poole

Cue the fire alarm in Oxford, Mississippi. Tunsil’s comments appeared to give credence to what is implied in the text message conversation posted on Tunsil’s Instagram account. In those screenshots, Tunsil appears to have directly asked Miller for money to pay his own rent and his mother’s $305 electric and water bill.
When Tunsil allegedly asked Miller for rent money, the screenshot with Miller’s name said for Tunsil to “see Barney next week,” apparently a reference to Ole Miss assistant athletic director for high school and junior-college relations Barney Farrar. Miller also expressed his surprised at the $305 amount for Tunsil’s mother.
“I thought we all agreed on an [amount] — that number keeps changing,” Miller appears to have written. “Someone needs to explain [the] exact cost — I have no way of handling surprise amounts.”

  38. Backwudz

Most likely no need for Blount to recruit either of his OL teammates. When AJC asked him who he would recruit he only named Trevor L.

  39. Bulldawg Bob2

AlphaDawg MMCSDAWG  I was about to say, time for you to do up one of your mac daddy edits 🙂

  40. Bulldawg Bob2

MMCSDAWG Bulldawg Bob2 BenKellam  but I should specify it is unlimited texting. But you and Ben do have a point. It is near impossible for the NCAA to enforce the limits on phone calls.

Bulldawg Bob2 BenKellam Like they ever had a chance of enforcing anything else?? lol!  They can’t catch the OBVIOUS cheaters, much less the computer savvy ones!

Greg Poole BenKellam And they been cheatin for a long time!  Burner phones, burner beepers, midnight rendezvous out in the country…   Cheaters definitely going to Cheat!   Especially when there is no real deterrent to cheating!!!

  43. Greg Poole

BenKellam  Don’t think there is a numerical limit but there are time periods where phone calls are not allowed. Coaches are supposed to use university phones and/or report and make available any phones used to contact recruits.
None of those restrictions really matter in the age of the burner phone. Cheaters gonna cheat.

  44. Greg Poole

Brooklyndawg Probably means “not available”, as in did not report for fear of terminal embarrassment

  45. BenKellam

How are calls monitored between coaches and recruits? I don’t know how many they get, if there even is a limit but it seems impossible to enforce. Especially now that there are different VOIP services and all different forms of video chat.

  46. AlphaDawg

converted 1981 You were a fan before I was born, so I don’t have much room to argue.

  47. dsw61

All I want for Christmas is an awesome left tackle
I actually think it’s pretty simple. Agree the head should not move forward after heel plant. The head is attached to the spine so where the spine goes the head goes. Spine,,,Torso…Head…to me are interchangeable when teaching hitting. Kids can relate better to what their head or torso is doing more so than their spine. Regardless, the “stay back” cue causes hitters to not get off their backside properly. The kids aren’t even being taught how to get back correctly. Here’s how the typical HS or college hitter believes they are suppose to get back…no laughing at the umpire squatting:)

  48. BenKellam

Bulldawg Bob2 AlphaDawg Are phone calls considered electric communication yet?

  49. BenKellam

BahitsAgain Bulldawg36 That was just some sexy pics of Bill on that server. Not important. We’re talking about the sanctity of college football. Something needs to be done.

  50. converted 1981

Those are similar to the ones in the past that told me since I was Not a UGA. Graduate I was Not a True UGA. Fan and could never be.

  51. Brooklyndawg

Greg Poole Also funny to see that Miami was an even 15 grand. Richt was rounding off, after he saw what CKS had done.

  52. Brooklyndawg

Greg Poole GT is “not applicable”. Wonder what that means, to few to calculate? But then, so was U Md.

  53. Brooklyndawg

Greg Poole If the customer is always right, figure out a way to have LiveFyre do YOLOs!!!…lol

  54. Brooklyndawg

BahitsAgain AlphaDawg Speaking of Crazy, where is he? Hope he didn’t get sucked into one of his MRI machines!##

  55. Brooklyndawg

Bulldawg36 Marylanders that far out in God’s Country don’t follow the Terps, they follow WVU###

  56. Joe Dawg

Bulltoad Joe Dawg Greg Poole  Just think a person with a life threatening condition needs to assume all the responsibility if they insist on playing football. Don’t think a University or a Professional football team should have to pay millions of dollars to the families of a person that takes that risk.

  57. AlphaDawg

Joe Dawg AlphaDawg Score Check You’re right. I was thinking of Ceader Grove. I thought both of those boys were from Pace

  58. Joe Dawg

AlphaDawg Joe Dawg Score Check  Think AT would make two. Dawgs also interested in the Sailors kid playing OL. He will be a junior in the fall. Maybe the beginning of a little BULLDAWG factory over there at Pace Academy!

AlphaDawg We had more at our one single game than the Pac12 and Big12/10 had for the entire conference and we are supposed to be scared about Satellite camps…

  60. AlphaDawg

MMCSDAWG AlphaDawg Bulldawg Bob2 Heard that buddy! Saving commits for rainy days! If Kirby can coach as well as he recruits, We may be onto something.

AlphaDawg Bulldawg Bob2 We better and I am sure Kirby is working them hard already!  If there is one thing I am confident in, Kirby is not going to slack off in recruiting at UGA…  There has never been a time like this in my time following recruiting at UGA!

  62. AlphaDawg

Bulldawg Bob2 a lot of power going into Grayson. I really hope we can start a pipeline there

  63. Bulldawg Bob2

BahitsAgain No kidding, and Grayson and IMG play each other to kick off their 2016 high school football season this fall.

  64. BahitsAgain

AlphaDawg BahitsAgain It is crazy, remove the ACC and we had more than the rest combined!!!

  65. BahitsAgain

AlphaDawg never mind.  used the sports dashboard to look them up.  PAC-12.  🙂

  66. AlphaDawg

Bulldawg36 They were already there before this happened. Now it’s just extended their stay. lol

  67. BahitsAgain

Bulldawg36 not unlike a certain email on a private server kept in a bathroom closet.  Some people and organizations get away with anything.

  68. Bulldawg36

So shouldn’t the NCAA already of landed their jet in Oxford today? If they’re not there by the end of the week then I will lose all faith in the NCAA…thanks and that is all!!!!!

  69. Greg Poole

AlphaDawg Yeah, it’s just an image I found – don’t think it was done as a UGA thing

  70. Bulldawg Bob2

AlphaDawg Considering the NCAA just passed a amendment to the electronic communication by-laws, that allow for unlimited electronic communication, I don’t think they will.

  71. AlphaDawg

Just how regulated do you see the NCAA doing for ‘subtweeting’ recruits? Our staff still does it for every recruit and I assume nearly every other staff does it. It’s technically not allowed but it’s nearly impossible to prove.

  72. AlphaDawg

Bulldawg Bob2 AlphaDawg Thanks Bob. I know this is a pretty routine surgery, but when it’s your momma everything means a little more 🙂

  73. AlphaDawg

ZippyMorocco AlphaDawg BahitsAgain Greg Poole converted 1981 Right it should be all about football, but unfortunately, the entertainment biz has found way to monetize football. You’re now going for an experience and a football game. Bad experiences, no cash flow. I just want Sanford rocking. However it gets there, doesn’t matter to me.

  74. Bulldawg Bob2

Bulldawg36  Ah, but is he faster than me after I’ve had a plate full of Mexican and a side of hot peppers? ####

  75. Bulldawg Bob2

AlphaDawg  Prayers and thoughts for her, you, and ya’ll’s family Alpha

  76. Reddawg13

Bulldawg Bob2 Reddawg13 Bulldawg36 understand that, was just getting a feel for the speed of each.  however on a long pass play they may very well close at times counting the route and YAC

  77. Bulldawg Bob2

    Reddawg13 Bulldawg Bob2 Bulldawg36  His fastest official 2016 time is 10.93 in the 100-meter.

But football players rarely run a full 100 yards on a play except on punt and kick returns.

  78. Bulldawg Bob2

Bulldawg36  His fastest 100-meter time is 10.64 seconds for the 2016 GHSA outdoor season.

  79. Reddawg13

BahitsAgain and they just lost their starting QB. oh well guess he figured if he couldn’t go to Stanford might as well get beat by them!

  80. ZippyMorocco

AlphaDawg BahitsAgain Greg Poole converted 1981
My first day at UGA was the flea flicker game in 1965. I was a season ticket holder until my son played elsewhere in 1991. We didn’t need gimmicks or music to attend. The stadium was very loud when I was there.

  81. All I want for Christmas is an awesome left tackle

Moving head changes spine axis – bad. And you do keep your weight back if though you drive off your back foot (draw a vertical line through the middle of the stance of any good hitter at impact and you’ll see).

Bulldawg36 Nice counter move by Kirby and crew!  Punch counter punch and I believe kirby got the best shot in!

  83. All I want for Christmas is an awesome left tackle

It’s not quite that simple. Yes your head moves with your body as you step. Yes you drive off your back foot with a turn and roll to the tip of your foot. Once the front foot is planted though, the head does very little movement as the hips and shoulders rotate.
It’s not the head that’s critical, it’s that the spine angle stays close to the same through the rotation in the x,y and z axis. If you are moving your head much through rotation and impact, your brain has a hard time adjusting your swing path. It will make corrections that are “un-natural” and out of sequence.

AlphaDawg Thoughts and prayers sent Alpha!   I had my gallbladder removed about 15 years ago!  It was a GREAT move and I felt like a new man!

  85. AlphaDawg

BahitsAgain AlphaDawg Greg Poole converted 1981 I’ll complain about it until it’s fixed. You can tell with the upbeat music choices now that it’s changing, but it’s been like pulling teeth to get here. I’m sorry people but Hank Williams just isn’t football hype music. He’s great for riding in the car, hanging out around the fire, etc. BUT NOT A FOOTBALL GAME!
I want people loud! In fact, I think they should put the awnings above the top sections to close in the sound. I like the side being open to the bridge, but have something like this to trap sound in.

  86. dsw61

Greg Poole   “In an instant, it came to me as far as how it made you keep your head still. The instant application was, ‘OK, anybody that we’re working on when their head is moving a little bit, perfect.’ It makes you keep your head still and keep your head back. Even the slightest bit of head movement or lunging will make it impossible to see the ball.” — Tom Brunansky

“You fight against going forward, against lunging. Everybody lunges a little—you have to in order to keep your weight balanced as you stride. You can’t keep your head perfectly still as the golfer is told to do because your lead foot is moving and the head and body come with it to maintain balance.” — Ted Williams

    Tom Brunansky 6’4 210lbs 14 year stats:
    Batting average:  .241
    Homeruns:  271
    Slugging percentage:  .434

    Ted Williams 6’3 190lbs 19 year stats:
    Batting average:  .344
    Homeruns:  521
    Slugging percentage:  .634

If you have a kid who plays baseball, don’t tell him to “stay back” or “keep his head still”. It’s one of the worst hitting instructions being taught today. I laugh every time I hear people say today’s hitters can’t hit as good as Ted did, because the pitching is better. Maybe if more hitters would actually try and do what Ted actually did hitters would hit better. MLB and college baseball are full of hitting instructors who were mediocre hitters themselves. How does a 6’4″ 210lb guy who hit .241 become a hitting instructor? I guess if you want to hit .241 you should follow Brunansky’s advice. If you want to hit better than .241, IMO you are way better off doing what Ted said to do.

Next time you walk, pay attention to how your body moves. Does your body move like a toy soldier…where your torso stays back while you lift one foot, put the foot down and the torso follows? Or when you walk, does your torso begin to lean forward slightly…FIRST…and…THEN…your foot lifts off the ground and reaches forward? “Stay Back” in hitting is the equivalent of walking around like a toy soldier. The legs assist what the torso wants to do…the torso doesn’t assist what the legs want to do.

  87. BahitsAgain

AlphaDawg BahitsAgain It is funny hearing “back up to a higher salary”.  What is the base contract for an NFL guy?  1/2 million?

I could live on that.  🙂

  88. AlphaDawg

BahitsAgain AlphaDawg Me too. I really thought he was a round 5 max guy. He was the fastest guy in the draft! Hopefully he can prove his worth and get back up to a higher salary.

  89. BahitsAgain

AlphaDawg Greg Poole converted 1981 They used to be mocked as the “Wine and Cheese” crowd.   Complaints go back beyond the old grape vine website.

  90. AlphaDawg

ZippyMorocco AlphaDawg Haha no way! When watching this I was kind of disappointing they don’t do the red coat band spelling of Georgia; at least I haven’t seen it in a while if they do.

  91. JaxDawg

BahitsAgain I feel it will be harder for him to prove himself as a football player at Cal than as a student at Georgia. Really, it’s the student that creates the opportunities, not the school. Unless you are a genius that needs the resources of an MIT etc., you succeed by the work you put in not the level of academia that surrounds you.

  92. AlphaDawg

Greg Poole converted 1981 Yes It will fade. My generation and the GenX crowds are much more into standing and yelling. The country club atmosphere will be out of the stands and into the club seats soon hopefully.

  93. BahitsAgain

Drob definitely did not care about a school’s recruiting prowess.  From 247 Cal 2016 is ranked 31st and I think it was updated after his addition because he is listed as their only 5 star.  They had 1 4 star, an all purpose back.  The rest are either 3s or unranked.

He must really love the campus and distance.

  94. BahitsAgain

ronaldo77 It has to be very minor, if at all, compared to what Ole Miss should get after the Tunsil reveal.

talk about a rough “tonsillectomy”  ouch

  95. Greg Poole

ronaldo77  I’m not sure that there is any violation. The LSU violation with a financial aid signee was that they took advantage of the unlimited contact privilege and the kid went to Bama.

  96. ronaldo77

This might have been talked about before but what kind of recruiting violation do we need have since we spoke about DRob on Twitter?

  97. Greg Poole

BahitsAgain There is no longer any benefit to changing his ranking. He is a 4-star for life now.

  98. Greg Poole

converted 1981  It is coming back. Georgia fans have had a sort of collective inferiority complex for years. Back in the day there was an arrogance – it disappeared though

  99. BahitsAgain

DawgByte ESPN recently anointed him a 5 star.  247 slid him down a little a few months ago.  It might change with camps and the upcoming season.

  100. converted 1981

As my name implies I was ” Converted in 1981″ rarely missing any home games for the rest of the decade. I miss some of this and I also miss UGA chasing his Fire Hydrant out onto the field. Seems like the fans and stadium we much Louder then. The blasts of GEORGIA and the return of BULLDOGS across the stadium would vibrate Sanford.

  101. BahitsAgain

AlphaDawg I am happy he got picked.  He didn’t get a lot of opportunity last season.   CBS misused/forgot about him, imho.

  102. RobDawg

Just want to clarify, so the video of Mecole blowing away the field in that sprint – was DRob in that race too?

  103. RobDawg

Still can feel that amplified bass guitar riff to this day. That was awesome to see

  104. DawgByte

ZippyMorocco I’m not going to touch that for fear of another hand slapping!

  105. ZippyMorocco

Cal’s scholarship FB majors. Stolen from another site.

    American Studies

  106. AlphaDawg

DawgByte He was and I’m not sure how he isn’t since I thought the 247 rule was 98 and above is a 5star. I’m guessing when he was reclassified from ATH to safety he got changed.

  107. Bulltoad

Joe Dawg Greg Poole The running back for the Falcons from Indiana has ths as well.  I know he has to be monitored.

  108. AlphaDawg

Y’all think about my mom today please she’s having her gal bladder removed.

  109. Bansai buckeroo

Nobody can beat deltona unless you just don’t go to bed..##……:-)

dsw61 Mecole stepped up as well.  I think the UGA recruiting train will continue to roll down the tracks and continue to gain speed.

  111. DawgByte

    Good morning Dawg fans!

After reviewing 247 Sports 2017 recruiting board yesterday, it stated we do not have a 5 stars in this current class. I thought Richard LeCounte was a 5 star?

  112. dsw61

Loved the timing of the Trey Blount commitment. The commitment video he did was great. Word of advice for HS football players; if you’re going to blow off the beloved in state school; don’t do it in the middle of the Capitol City at a Collage Football HOF building after National Signing Day has long passed. Do a video or do it at your HS.

I waited too long to edit this…. I meant to say that I love the jump link.

Good morning Dawgs and Dawgettes!  I must say that while I love Georgia, Montana is tough to beat in the Spring!  Mrs UGADAWGII would love to be in Athens in the Fall but the weather here is awesome this  time of year.  Sunny with a high of 75 degrees this week.
I want to say thanks to the Bulldawg Illustrated folks for keeping us informed of all things UGA!!!
The extra !!!! are for Bulldawg36 whose posts I always enjoy!!!!

  115. Joe Dawg

Greg Poole Joe Dawg  Definitely would love to see Andrew Thomas commit to the G. Plays ANGRY! Didn’t realize he played so much on D. Thanks for the highlights.

” After years of resisting the idea, I have decided the customer IS always right” I LOVE IT!

  117. Joe Dawg

Greg Poole  This young man and his family had to know the risk was enormous to even allow him to play football.

  118. Colonial Dawg

deltonadawg Colonial Dawg Morning dd!  You are later this morning.  I thought we might have to send somebody to check on you.

  119. Colonial Dawg

Greg Poole Colonial Dawg  Morning Greg.  I know I typed this once before this morning so if it shows up twice, then I guess I have said good morning to you twice.  If that’s the worst thing I do all day, I’ll take it.  Now for some more COFFEE!!

  120. Colonial Dawg

Greg Poole Jesse1  I did notice that one of the AJC’s storylines said DRob picks Cal over Georgia Tech and others.  I’m sure they stuck it to us somewhere, but that one was odd.

  121. Greg Poole

DawgDaddy He’ll get to number one. A better than expected season in 2016 will probably do the trick.

Greg Poole I agree, but it would be nice for that quality class to be considered the best in the nation for once.  CKS has really changed the entire vib in Athens and I do believe he and his staff will coach them up.   This is a great time to be a Georgia BullDawg,

I just saw where Trey Blount committed to the G yesterday.  Great news!!!!
Who’s most likely to be out next committment?

  124. Greg Poole

DawgDaddy  The rankings are so subjective that I am much more concerned that the staff fills their identified needs with quality kids. For now, I’ll trust them to coach ’em up with the same kind of success that they have had in recruiting them.

Greg Poole  Problem for Drops another one is NFL draft and NBA playoffs made his announcement sound like a pin on cotton compared to had be made it a week ago.

  126. Jesse1

Greg Poole Jesse1 Being in the middle of ” why am I here ville”  has given Freeze and Co. some anonymity……..until recently;-).” Cover is blown. Say hey toDawg Brewer, Hugh, on your way out.”

  127. Greg Poole

Jesse1 The fact that Blount’s announcement came when it did suggests that he knew about Drob’s decision and pulled an announcement out of his pocket to blunt (pun intended) some of the inevitable “Georgia loses to Cal” headlines.

  128. Greg Poole

Jesse1 There seems to be a  culture of entitlement under Freeze. At the least, it is not a place where the big-time players are seemingly concerned with internal discipline.

  129. Greg Poole

Jesse1 Good Morning Jesse1  >>> As I said in an interview yesterday, Kirby is going to sign talent. The only question left is, can he coach them up? I’m guessing the answer is, yes.

  130. Jesse1

Greg Poole So, go to a school supposedly to learn how to make a lot of money. Well in that case Miss did a piss poor job. I can’t say I feel sorry for whatever misfortune or………whatever happens to guys who screw around with UGA. I hold a grudge, and admit it. i don’t wish tunsil well, or the Savannah showboat from yesterday.

  131. Jesse1

Greg Poole Good morning Dear Leader and everyone else.
Speaking for myself, Trey Blount is a better player for what UGA is wanting to do offensively. Not a slap at Roberson, though I’remain not impressed with 160 lb receivers when 190 lb guys are out there.

  132. Colonial Dawg

Got to be at work early today.  If I have beat deltona up I must be WAY early!
