I’m personally not fixated on the idea of Eason starting because I think it almost doesn’t matter.  He’s going to play – period!  It’s just a matter of not putting too much on him before he’s ready IMO.

I’ve said the same thing about the TE’s and I think I’m beginning understand Smart bringing Chaney on the staff.   When Smart says the he had a tough time preparing for Chaney’s offense, I think he means it despite Ark never having much offensive success against him.  But if Ark had had a legit downfield threat and a QB that could hurt them, I think the results would’ve been quite different.   UGA has the makings of an offense that could be pretty potent down the road.

Regarding the GDay game, it was shown on SECNetwork Wednesday morning. They will probably show it again in the next couple of days. I recorded it, and actually just got done watching it. One quick observation is that Chaney probably needs to forget about having Lambert roll out. He’s too slow at it and a good defense will have plenty of time to react. Eason looked pretty darn good, his 3rd throw of the game to Ridley was amazing. Ramsey moves really well and looks good rolling out. Ramsey and Eason have quicker releases than Lambert. It wouldn’t surprise me if Chaney just says the heck with it; simplifies the playbook; and starts Eason to get his arm on the field. Plus, it looked like to me that Eason sees the field better. Also, the seam route with the TEs is going to be hard to defend. It’s a staple route in the NFL with teams with good TEs.

revtizzy Hobnailboot aka RobG Brooklyndawg  I tried using Chrome but it caused my computer to crash and the only thing that works good for me is IE

Hobnailboot aka RobG Brooklyndawg Thanks, sounds like a similar problem, only with this site. Livefyre on FSF seems to be working OK on my Droid so it doesn’t look like a platform issue. Oh well…..

Brooklyndawg  every time I log on IE stops working, but only on this site for whatever reason, it will close and re-open and seems to be ok for a while and then it repeats
