Last night Dawgs247 reported that redshirt freshman Jacob Park would be leaving UGA, according to “several sources.”
[su_spacer size=”40″] Shortly after midnight Chip Towers of the AJC added further details including Park’s Facebook post indicating his departure:
[su_spacer size=”40″] [su_quote style=”modern-light” cite=”AJC” url=”http://www.ajc.com/news/sports/college/jacob-parks-father-knows-nothing-of-son-leaving-ug/nmZK3/”] “I just want to say thank (you) dawg nation and everyone else who made my stay in Athens special. Never will forget the people and friends. Time to move on and turn the page to the next chapter. Go Dawgs.”
[/su_quote] [su_spacer size=”40″] Park later deleted the Facebook post.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Towers also noted that Park’s father, Adam, declared that he knew nothing of his son’s intention to transfer.

I don’t know nothing about it.”
