On how he found out the Vanderbilt game was postponed and what he did with his weekend…

“We got a text letting us know that the game had be moved. I was pretty disappointed. With this season, you have to expect the unexpected. It just gave us a time to relax and rest our bodies. What I did, I did some work and tried to finish off this semester right.”

On what he has seen from Missouri and how it will be a challenge…

“Missouri has a very talented offense. They have a lot of talented players and they have a good tempo to their game. They’re versatile, they can run and pass the ball. We’re up to the challenge and we’re going accept it and game plan correctly.”

On how he feels about going back to Missouri after the game his freshman year…

“It will always bring back good memories of scoring my first touchdown, but this is a new year so I’m trying to make more and bigger plays than I did my freshman year at Mizzou.”

On last week and the seniors…

“It was a huge disappointment that we weren’t able to play this past weekend. Especially since we had prepared all week for Vanderbilt, knowing that it was going to be our last regular season game at Sanford. We get another opportunity to go to Missouri this week, showcase the seniors and get a win for them.”

On working with different quarterbacks…

“With the amount of time I’ve worked with them, we have come a long way. We’re still not there yet, we still have room for improvement. Knowing we haven’t been playing with the same quarterback all year, there will be some inconsistency.”

On the team’s goals and how important the final two games are…

“Each game is key; we didn’t reach all of our goals this season, but there’s still football left to be played. We have another opportunity this weekend to go out and play another great team and do something we love, which is playing football. You can’t take the game away from us so even though we didn’t reach all our goals, we are still having fun.”
