Who is visiting UGA this weekend?

The University of Georgia is hosting a number of 2020 prospective student-athletes today and this weekend before the Early Signing Day next week, which begins on Wednesday, December 18th and goes through Friday, December 20th. Here is a list of who is planning on being in Athens, GA this weekend.

Note: This list will be updated if more visitors are confirmed to be coming to or at UGA this weekend.

Warren Brinson

 

 

 

 

Brinson is a 6-foot-5 and 290 lbs defensive lineman out of IMG Academy, Bradenton, FL who committed to UGA back in June. He is rated a 4-star DT prospect by 247Sports, ESPN, and Rivals. Brinson plans on signing his LOI during the Early Signing Period and also plans to enroll early after playing in the Under Armour All-America Game, which will be on Thursday, January 2, 2020.

Dontae Manning

Manning is a 6-foot-0 and 185 lbs defensive back out of Raytown High School, Kansas City, MO. He is rated a 4-star CB prospect by 247Sports, ESPN, and Rivals and is considered a top-100 ranked recruit nationally. Manning is planning to announce his decision during the Under Armour All-America Game on Thursday, January 2, 2020 between his top-five schools of Arizona State, Georgia, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Texas A&M.

 

 

 

 

Tate Ratledge

Ratledge is a 6-foot-6 and 322 lbs offensive lineman out of Darlington School, Rome, GA. He is rated a 4-star OT by 247Sports and ESPN while Rivals has Ratledge as a 5-star. The senior big man is ranked as one of the top-five players from the state of Georgia and top-50 recruit nationally for 2020. Ratledge committed to UGA back in May and is planning to sign his LOI next week during the Early Signing Period; although, he will not be an early enrollee.

Eric Reed, Jr.

Reed is a 6-foot-1 and 197 lbs defensive back out of Calvary Baptist Academy, Shreveport, LA. One of the top-200 recruits nationally for 2020, Reed is rated a 4-star prospect at safety by both 247Sports and ESPN. He is considered a 4-star prospect at cornerback by Rivals. He is set to announce his decision and sign on Early Signing Day on December 18th next week. Reed is not planning on being an early enrollee, though, as he graduates this coming spring.

Kelee Ringo

Ringo is a 6-foot-2 and 205 lbs defensive back out of Saguaro High School, Scottsdale, AZ. He is considered one of the top cornerback prospects and overall recruits in the 2020 recruiting class, unanimously rated a 5-star by 247Sports, ESPN, and Rivals. Ringo hasn’t set a date to announce his decision as of yet.

Arian Smith

Smith is a 6-foot-1 and 170 lbs wide receiver and track and field star out of Lakeland High School, Lakeland, FL. He is rated a 4-star prospect at WR by 247Sports and Rivals while ESPN has him as a 4-star athlete. Smith is considered a top-100 recruit nationally and is a top-20 WR by position. The speedster will be announcing his decision and signing his LOI during the Early Signing Period next week.

Nazir Stackhouse

Stackhouse is a 6-foot-4 and 306 lbs defensive lineman out of Columbia High School in Decatur, GA. Stackhouse committed to UGA back in December of 2017 and it is unclear as to whether he will be signing his LOI during the Early Signing Period next week or wait till February to do so. He is rated a 4-star DT prospect by 247Sports, ESPN, and Rivals.
