The Georgia women’s tennis team is set to begin its second of three fall competitions this season at the UT Fall Invite hosted by Tennessee from Oct. 16-18.
The field will consist of South Carolina, Vanderbilt and the Volunteers. The format will see teams play singles against one team, followed by doubles with all four teams playing on the courts at the same time, then the remaining two teams will conclude with singles.
The Bulldogs competed last weekend at the SEC Challenge where over the course of three days, the team compiled 20 singles wins and 10 doubles wins. Katarina Jokic was crowned the singles champion after going 3-0 during the event. Morgan Coppoc, Marta Gonzalez, Ania Hertel and Meg Kowalski all went a perfect 3-0 at the SEC Challenge as well.
