Kardell Thomas is a five-star offensive guard from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He’s 6-3 356 pounds. According to the latest 247Sports Composite rankings, he ranks as the No. 29 overall player, the No. 1 OG and the No. 4 prospect in LA. Thomas currently holds 19 offers with the latest coming from USC on May 10. He visited Miami for an unofficial visit on June 15 then traveled to FSU for a camp on July 28. The last time he was in Athens was Nov. 18, 2017. The Bulldogs offered Sept. 8, 2017. Thomas showed the Bulldogs some love on Twitter, but it seems he’s just going to stay at home. He will be one to watch even if he committed to the Tigers in 2016. If LSU tanks this season, he could look elsewhere.

Dontae Lucas is a four-star offensive guard from Miami, Florida. He’s 6-3 323 pounds. According to the latest 247Sports Composite rankings, he ranks as the No. 113 overall player, No. 5 OG and the No. 18 FL prospect. Lucas currently holds 20 offers with the latest coming from Pitt on May 8. He visited FSU and Miami multiple times this spring, summer and now fall.  Lucas visited FSU for Junior Day on Feb. 17 then to Miami for Junior Day on March 24. Then he visited Florida on April 7 for an unofficial visit. Lucas committed to FSU on April 14 while on an unofficial visit to Tallahassee. Florida got another visit from the four-star on May 19 and the Hurricanes received the latest visit on June 9. Lucas is 100 percent committed to FSU and him to sign his letter of intent and be happy there.
