Washington holds 100 percent of the advantage on his 247Sports profile and I expect him to stay on the west coast. He seems to like Oregon as well. Georgia may already be out of it, but its not because they’re not recruiting hard enough, but because he fits a west coast ILB mold better than an east coast.
