Early commitments focus on getting ready rather than how to trick people

Several people who attended Kirby Smart press conference yesterday afternoon commented to me that the new head coach did not appear to be a happy man at that time. Perhaps, the source of his displeasure can be discerned in the short video clip below.
 
 
Smart opined, “…the focus for guys who are committed is on getting ready, the focus for the other guys is on how I’m going to make this decision, and how going to make a big splash, and how I’m going to trick people…”
