Richmondawg PatriotVeteran Bulldawg36 PV is our resident anti-UGA, anti-UGA coaching staff, troll, pay “it” no mind. Somehow, this very old codger thinks that ranting here is going to make a difference.

  2. PatriotVeteran

Bulldawg36 UGA WANTS NETORI – but it looks  like Netori is NOT interested .    His remarks are positive for Michigan, so don’t count him as excited in playing for UGA.   Harbaugh  came  in and took  control.      CKS better start standing up for CONTROLLING  GEORGIA FOOTBALL

  3. DawgByte

Bulldawg36 Have I mentioned recently how much I hate Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan program?

  4. DawgByte

DawgLink Man you’re not kidding. Daughter is still at home, so she’s in for a lot more hugs from Papa whether she likes them or not.

  5. Bulldawg36

Now Netori Johnson is gonna go visit Michigan!! Stupid satalite camps!!!!!U0001f44eU0001f621

  6. DawgByte

Sad day for DawgByte. My son has flown the coup and now lives on his own. It’s hard to walk by his room, see all his stuff gone and know he’s not here. Bumming big time!

  7. Hobnailboot aka RobG

PatriotVeteran you say this every time, when will you understand this IS the recruiting game

  8. RumRunnerDoogie

Greg Poole RumRunnerDoogie just dont have a heart attack on us, me and lucas arent able to run this business##

  9. Greg Poole

Photos and video in the morning. I have to go to an event with Mrs ec tonight

Camp again at 9 AM. Maybe some 7v7 – don’t know yet.

  10. Greg Poole

Got to see a bunch of UGA players. Let me tell you Daquan Hawkins is looking GOOD. Most of the fat is gone and he is still as big as a mountain.
Talked with Isaiah Wynn, and Jeb Blazevich also Bynum, Sony and Chubb.

  11. Greg Poole

MMCSDAWG Yep. I saw the Reuse tweet just now. Jake and I were the only media there.

  12. Greg Poole

Here are a few of the kids at the camp:
    Kiondre Jones
    Chris Allen
    Damien Pierce

Lucas Rogers Definitely, someone posted this earlier this morning, but definitely worth another Prayer or two for the Tutt family!  I can’t imagine and never want to find out this kind of pain!  Heart and Prayers going out!

Greg Poole —  did you make it out to Kirby’s camp yet boss???   Hungry for some more football nuggets!

Lucas Rogers MMCSDAWG Does your place have Hot and Sour soup?  I like it much better than Egg drop!  lol

  16. Reddawg13

Greg Poole MMCSDAWG A lot of wasted time and money! You are right, win, form relationships and whamo, you finish in the top 5 in recruiting!

  17. DawgByte

Breaking news… to compete against UGA and Mich., Georgia Tech has decided to conduct a Satellite Camp on Mars.

DawgLink That’s why it’s important to put the ball in play!  Especially in Fast pitch!

AlphaDawg Wonder if the NCAA will step in and allow unrestricted transfers like they did with Penn St.???

  20. 66DAWGnNC

RumRunnerDoogie Way to go DAWGS. Had me worried when I saw FSU tied it at 4. Knew it was getting late. These girls seem to have put it together at the right time. They are finding a way to win and advance. Bring home the trophy girls; woof, woof, woof!

  21. Colonial Dawg

MMCSDAWG Colonial Dawg Thanks.  They finally came back on and said they had technical difficulties.  Go Dawgs!!

Greg Poole He should have taken a few from the earlier satellite camp back with him on the Helicopter!

  23. Greg Poole

Getting ready to head to the CKS Varsity Camp. Hope I recognize a couple of the kids

  24. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg36 5-4 dawgs bottom of the 7, if i heard right they said fsu has had 7 errors

  25. Bulldawg36

NCAA made a huge mistake by over turning their ban of camps. It’s really just ridiculous.

  26. AlphaDawg

Apparently Dixon is planning on visiting UM and UM stays in contact with him often.

  27. Bulldawg36

    Durnnnnnnnnnnn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  28. RumRunnerDoogie

Greg Poole im starting to think its a requirement to be blonde to play for fsu lol

RumRunnerDoogie Awesome!!!  Caught the game for a few while out eating lunch!  Go DAWGS!

Does this really shock anyone????   If Cam Robinson plays game 1, then every single UGA player should be playing game 1 without exception.  I’m not for special treatment of Athletes and I believe in punishment that fits the crime, but I am also about fair, equitable and balanced competition.  if Cam Robinson and his running mate are deemed eligible by Alabama then I say we follow the leader!

“It’s the first time Cam has ever had an issue or a problem,” Saban said. “We’re handling it and managing it internally and making him do things to hopefully change his behavior. I’m waiting to see how this whole legal thing plays out because it’s not really what it seems to be.”

Not really what it seems to be…  Then tell me exactly what it is then, don’t beat around the bush and bury your lack of integrity in a chicken S%$) comment like that.

  31. Bulldawg36

Not able too watch today. Rats!!!!!! Even if we get eliminated- still a great season

  32. Greg Poole

MMCSDAWG These sat. camps are all show. They mean zip. Wake me up when someone finds a prospect that they didn’t know about at one of the camps.

Greg Poole MMCSDAWG Right!   This stuff will work itself out, but it’s definitely a battle right now for supremacy…  My feeling is still, Win, and they will come!!!   Saban will continue to get his as along as they are winning and he don’t have to go to a single camp!

  34. DawgLink

Smug ole dbag who didn’t make it in the NFL who came back to the college ranks to ruffle the feathers of another smug dbag that couldn’t make it in the NFL.

  35. revtizzy

MMCSDAWG He’s sullying the jersey of the Home Run King (I do not recognize the fraudulent reign of Bonds).  I’d rather him shirtless.

  36. ZippyMorocco

    bahits Greg Poole
My brother was an Apache pilot. Maybe we should buy one, hire my brother, and fire a round or two as we pass over the barn.

  37. bahits

Greg Poole I know you said that Pittman and Chaney haven’t lost weight, but the recent pictures sure seem like the are not as huge as they were before taking the UGA gig.   Being stressed and unhappy at a place can add weight, and being happy and reenergized can help you shape up.    I really only care about their weight because I want them to be healthy, happy and long term UGA coaches.

  38. bahits

Deerhuntingdawg If it were me, I would be up front with schools that wanted me to OV.  I would tell them I am committed to the G and nothing is going to change that, but if you want to show me a great time, I will OV.

That is basically what I see from most of these kids when they say they are still going to OV.  Compared to those that sign their LOI to place of “commit”, not that many flip.  It is also probably good to check out other locations incase something really dramatic came up – i.e. Baylor.

  39. Deerhuntingdawg

Agreed, some kids understand this and name a school as a “favorite”. Commitment is definetly not the appropriate term if they are continuing to take visits. It just the way of recruiting

  40. Greg Poole

PatriotVeteran  Your issue with the recruiting game is your insistence on applying your definition of the word “commitment.” Of course, you are perfectly free to do so but the reality is that neither the player nor the school is “committed” when the player makes a “commitment”. UGA has not locked itself into an unbreakable promise to this, or any other, kid when it accepts a commitment.
UGA does not stop recruiting at his position simply because he has issued a verbal commit. In many, if not most, cases the “commitment” is an intermediate step. Meaning something like “I like you best.”
Commitment is the wrong word to describe the status of a recruit rather than being evidence of some character flaw of the kid.

  41. bahits

PatriotVeteran Why pass up on an opportunity to go see some great college football and be treated like a VIP?  I am happy for his commitment and I don’t mind the kids going out and enjoying some games.

  42. PatriotVeteran

Yesterday I praised WR Lambert for “Wanting to be a Dawg – since he Committed to the G “. Later I read another blog that said something to the effect ” but I’m still going to take my 5 OV’s and even mentioned the worse college as a OV,  Auburn”.
This is like a guy marrying his wife this Saturday (committing/taking a vow) than saying ” but I’m going to take  weekend visits with several ladies the next 5 weekends – to see if she matches up with some of my old flames”.   This don’t work for me.     If he Committed, he should be committed.     If he wants to take “5 OV’s” after committing to the G, than CKS should tell him his committed sucks and isn’t needed.     If a player is only seeking the Limelight and getting Special Attention, than this could prove he doesn’t truly want to play for UGA.    Keep his WR slot “Open” and let’s see if someone else wants to truly play for UGA.       I’d rather have NO commitment, than one that has “If’s or Maybe – I’ll stay committed, if I don’t find a better college to attend”.       UGA has a great team and I’m a UGA supporter, but if someone wants to go elsewhere, commit to them and let another great player come in and start for UGA in 2017.

  43. Deerhuntingdawg

Ya’ll are right. That was his older brother the was a QB a few years ago. Sorry for the mix up. Still a sad deal.

    Reddawg13 ed603 MMCSDAWG ZippyMorocco godawgs678
Amen!  I would have bet a large sum of money when I was 20 that i would never make it to 50!  Well, I have lost that bet already lol

  45. Reddawg13

ed603 Reddawg13 MMCSDAWG ZippyMorocco godawgs678 Me too! Age is the number of years that God has allowed us to be on this earth, how we react to those numbers is our true age!

  46. Deerhuntingdawg

    Morning guys,
According to WRDW news. Christian Tutt was killed in a car accident last night. Prayers sent to his familt

  47. ed603

Reddawg13 ed603 MMCSDAWG ZippyMorocco godawgs678  I thank God every single day that I wake up breathing…loving every minute of it!. My father in Law is 97 this year…caught him on an extension ladder cutting limbs with a chain saw! Wife had to confiscate all his ladders! His reply was, you all act like I’m too old to do anything…love the old codgers spirit!

  48. ed603

MMCSDAWG Reddawg13 ZippyMorocco godawgs678 It sucks, but im not ready for the alternative! I’m 69, still working, 2 bad knees, just had steroid shot in the spine, wine, women and song getting me down, so I quit singing! Hi Ho, Hi Ho, its….

    Reddawg13 ZippyMorocco Greg Poole
I would be fine with a body transplant, or maybe not. I probably need a brain transplant as well.

Reddawg13 MMCSDAWG ZippyMorocco godawgs678 LOL!!  Right, I think I was leaning down to pick up one of the dogs toys, it sucks getting old!

  53. Reddawg13

Come on football season or something! This place is dead lately! Where are all you guys at?

  54. bahits

Greg Poole just drill little holes in the players skulls and fill it with Great Stuff.  That should do the trick.

Messing around with blood pressure in the head seems more dangerous than concussions, imho.

  55. Reddawg13

Greg Poole If he has the quickness and footwork, and a mean streak, he is the man! He has the size and is ungodly strong!

ZippyMorocco godawgs678 Amen to that one!  I twisted the wrong way yesterday and hit the floor and could stand up straight.

  57. Greg Poole

godawgs678  Don’t forget the Kroger discount on old folks day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  58. godawgs678

Turning the big 3-0 tomorrow. It’s all downhill from here. Next stop, Bengay and 4:30 dinners at Ihop.

  59. DawgDaddy

Greg Poole “I’m working on being an early enrollee” I hope he make it as an EE, that give the staff time to get some meat on those bones and do some coaching up.  He seems to be a true diamond in the rough and should have a great career at UGA.

  60. Greg Poole

Here is a different approach to concussion prevention:
The Q-Collar differs from previous concussion technologies in that it is worn on the neck, unlike a helmet, and slows outflow of blood from the brain to the body by sustaining pressure on an artery. Essentially the device prevents the brain from “sloshing around inside the skull” during traumatic collisions., Dr. Smith was inspired by studying the anatomical ability of woodpeckers to withstand repeated concussive impact. He discovered that by increasing blood volume, the brain has limited space to move inside the skull.
