With Harrison High School’s Justin Fields committing to UGA for the 2018 class, and Georgia having sophomore Jacob Eason and true freshman Jake Fromm on the roster along with talented preferred walk-on freshman Stetson “The Mailman” Bennett IV, one might question how important 2019 quarterback recruiting would be. As we have seen with Jacob Eason going down with an injury in the Bulldogs’ first game of the season, which, thankfully was not a season-ending one, depth is so important; therefore, it is still key to sign a scholarship quarterback in 2019. Let’s take a look at four 2019 quarterback prospects in today’s UGA recruiting daily thread.

POSITION: Pro-Style QB

HT, WT: 6 foot 2, and 185 lbs

SCHOOL: Centennial High School

CITY, STATE: Roswell, GA

STATUS: Undeclared

UGA OFFER: N/A

NEWS & NOTES: So who is Max Brosmer? Headed into week 12 of the Georgia High School Football season, the junior quarterback out of Centennial High School is the Peach State’s second-leading passer in terms of yardage for 2017 with 2,991 through 10 games, which is also good for the 9th most in the nation for Class of 2019 QBs. Brosmer has thrown for 22 touchdowns to 9 interceptions, but he is a more accurate passer than his TD-to-INT ratio indicates having complete 72.8 % of his 243 pass attempts. This is his first season as the starter for Centennial and as he camps during the offseason and more coaches get to see Max, expect the offers to start to flow his way.

Brosmer guided Centennial to 7-3 record regular season record in Georgia’s Region 7 in Class 6A. Now, the Knights just wait for this weekend’s game to see who they will play in round 1 of the playoffs.

On the season, through 9 games, the younger Fromm has completed 174 of 282 passes for 2,169 yards and 26 touchdowns to just 5 interceptions.

D. Fromm has helped lead the WR Demons to 9-0 on the year and will look to help keep Warner Robins in the ranks of the undefeated on Friday versus a stout (7-2) Bainbridge High School team looking to knock off the No. 4 team in Georgia’s Class 5A. Both Bainbridge and Warner Robins are (3-0) in Region 1, Class 5A play; so, this game is for the region title.
