Bulldawg Bob2 RumRunnerDoogie rugbydawg79 yea that pissed me off, i was thinking ” just kick it out and go to half, do try and force it” aaannndddd they did lol

  2. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie Bulldawg Bob2 rugbydawg79  Right. I understand about the tackle not ending the play; so, that makes sense.

  3. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg Bob2 RumRunnerDoogie rugbydawg79 yea to put it in football terms. its like a a guy running with the ball after time is over, yet in rugby a tackle isnt a end of play

  4. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie rugbydawg79  Ah. Thanks for explaining that. I was a wee bit confused on that one.

  5. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg Bob2 RumRunnerDoogie rugbydawg79 in rugby a half doesnt end until the offense commits a penalty or the ball is out of bounds/scored..and the US tried to break a tie and it back fired badly

  6. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg Bob2 RumRunnerDoogie rugbydawg79 well the men were in a rough pool with argentina and the eventual champs fiji. idk if u know much about rugby but when the US was playing agentina and as time expired in the first half they tried to get points instead of kicking it out and going to half…but no, turnover and they score to go ahead 2 minutes after the half should of ended..i was pisssed

  7. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie From what I understand between you and rugbydawg79 , the US had a team that had a chance to medal and fell flat during these games.

  8. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg Bob2 RumRunnerDoogie im a sports person, anything which is team or country i will normally watch. granted im not happy with the rugby side in rio

  9. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie Me either. I feel bad, but I just don’t keep up with the Olympics. I get excited when they come around and watch the opening ceremony and some of the events. But that is about it.

  10. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg Bob2 RumRunnerDoogie freddawg granted i do have a few on my list of being my 2nd poster to be banned 😉

  11. RumRunnerDoogie

freddawg Bulldawg Bob2 i still let bob wield the ban hammer lol. im scared of the wrath of EC

  12. MidtownTeacher

Bulldawg Bob2 MidtownTeacher Thanks, but unfortunately, it is still happening and again just for the BI recruiting daily site and no other website at all.  Just now it redirected to gift.walmart-reward.online saying my Mobi for Android has been selected for a $1,000 gift card.

  13. Bulldawg Bob2

It isn’t Bulldawg Illustrated RumRunnerDoogie . That is a type of adware or malware affecting MidtownTeacher ‘s device and browser.

  14. Bulldawg Bob2

MidtownTeacher Please do this and tell me if this helps:

    1. Open Chrome Browser app
    2. Got to history
    3. Clear browsing history
    4. Select from beginning of time.

    Next Steps
    5. Open Chrome Browser app
    6. Go to menu
    7. Open Setting
    8. Open Site Setting
    9. Switch pop-ups setting to BLOCKED

  15. RumRunnerDoogie

MidtownTeacher RumRunnerDoogie Bulldawg Bob2 idk if u were around but we were hacked a year or 2 ago by the free syrian army..for reasons..who knows

  16. Bulldawg Bob2

MidtownTeacher That isn’t Bulldawg Illustrated doing that MidTown.
That is a redirect adware or malware on your browser on your Android.

Are you using an anti-virus and pop-up blocker on your smartphone?

  17. MidtownTeacher

RumRunnerDoogie MidtownTeacher Bulldawg Bob2 If the Syrians or ISIS or anyone else is hacking me specifically, they have a LOT of extra time on their hands!

  18. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg Bob2 RumRunnerDoogie well not only offered them but they seem interested which is new

  19. MidtownTeacher

Bulldawg Bob2 Whenever I go to the recruiting page from my android device, it redirects from this recruiting page to some sort of page telling me I have a virus and making my phone buzz.  I can’t get off the page except to close the tab.  It only occurs on BI recruiting page and it does it for any given day and not just one specific day.  I’d love it if this didn’t happen.  Thanks!

  20. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie Bulldawg Bob2  Leonard Warner is the other LB I think you are thinking of.
Georgia offered a number of LBs for the 2017 class; so, I was expecting a few to get left out because they cannot take everybody. The difference in this recruiting class and previous ones is that Georgia has offered a lot of highly ranked recruits at LB.

  21. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg Bob2 RumRunnerDoogie im being optimistic that dixon decommitted because uga is feeling good on mcbride , ignont, and that other guy..cant remember his name

  22. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie Georgia was involved in his recruitment early on but they weren’t the first major FBS program to offer him, but they did offer him early on. NC State, Auburn, UNC, and Tennessee all offered him before the Dawgs did.

  23. Score Check

I seemed to recall Holyfield had some type of ankle injury last year.
Does that ring a bell with anyone?

  24. Bulldawg Bob2

Will do. So far no one else has asked.
Interestingly enough, the new show we are doing with Ella and Vance, they are going to do some Fantasy Football talk as she is really into pro ball and FF in addition to the Dawgs.

  25. Hobnailboot aka RobG

Bulldawg Bob2 and this one is full so if there are others interested I can create another league, just let me know

  26. AllDawg89

I wish Murray could replace Matt Ryan lol really but not really I’d like to see better OL from falcons but that center they have now is franchise all over it

  27. Hobnailboot aka RobG

RumRunnerDoogie Hobnailboot aka RobG I know which one your talking about then……knuckle up rummy

  28. DawgDaddy

Bulldawg Bob2 Very sad, one of my classmates was killed in a car accident our senior year.   I still think of him often.

  29. Bulldawg Bob2

You’re welcome. And aye. I hope it is just a minor or mild ankle sprain, which he should be ready to go by UNC. Might have to have it taped heavily.

  30. Bulldawg Bob2

Man. Hate to hear that kind of news about anyone, but it is especially tragic when it is someone young.

  31. RumRunnerDoogie

Hobnailboot aka RobG RumRunnerDoogie i probably cant even post mine here since its a family site lol

  32. Bulldawg Bob2

No new news on Holyfield Corey.
Probably won’t hear anything new till tomorrow or even later on in the week.

  33. Hobnailboot aka RobG

RumRunnerDoogie Hobnailboot aka RobG he did, he has the best team name so far ….. TexasChainsaw Massaquoi

  34. RumRunnerDoogie

Hobnailboot aka RobG RumRunnerDoogie i did just so many different fantasy sites forgot which one we did. Didnt websater sign up?

  35. Bulldawg Bob2

For fantasy football, it is at NFL.com. I’ve got the link on my desktop, but the t-storm that just came thru knocked out the power.
    It’s RobG’s league again

  36. Hobnailboot aka RobG

RumRunnerDoogie Hobnailboot aka RobG no problem, I thought you already signed up

  37. JaxDawg

Yep, my point was there are some talking heads out there that claim they know everything going on but it’s all hot air.

  38. Greg Poole

Kirby wants them smaller. I Bama started the transition a few years ago and CKS has talked about it this summer.

  39. haws1178

That’s the plan. Only draw back is I’ll be watching it in standard definition on a 20 inch screen

  40. JaxDawg

Yea I think that’s right, I’d prefer natrez stay at his weight from last year but the coaches have a plan. It’s funny how other recruiting places make the case that they know what happened or that we stopped recruiting him, heck even some are saying we want bigger LBs but that’s not even the case. We will just have to wait and let it play out.

  41. Hobnailboot aka RobG

Only time ever watched it was when I was in a race pool and even then it wasn’t really enjoyable

  42. Bulldawg Bob2

Anybody going to tune in next Friday night to watch Cal vs Hawaii on ESPN at 10 o’clock PM ET? I’m tempted, since it is the first college football on TV for the season.;.

  43. Bulldawg Bob2

DawgByte Roquan is 6 foot 1, and Roundtree is also 6-1. Thomas Davis played ILB at 6-1 and 220 lbs back in 2003 when he moved from safety to LB.
Coaching staff asked Natrez Patrick to drop down to 228 lbs. He’s listed at 238, but I don’t believe that is accurate.
The idea is for you big d-linemen to take on the blockers and allow the linebackers to shoot the gap and make plays in space.
But aye. I would like the ILBs to be in that 235-240 lbs range, but I’m trusting the coaching staff on this one. They have a plan.

  44. RobDawg

NASCAR on CNBC in case you are absolutely bored out of your gourd like me and that beats nothing

  45. DawgDaddy

Bulldawg Bob2 They are only a key injury or 8 away from that record, just ask our 2013 team.

  46. DawgByte

Bulldawg Bob2 DawgByte Isn’t Roquan like 6’2″? I may be a lone warrior out there, but I want big ILB’s, guys in the 6’3″ 235-245 lb. range that can move and shed interior line blocks. I know there’s an emphasis on speed these days, but guys who are 6’0″ 220 lbs. are going to be swimming upstream when Centers and Guards are coming at them with 300+lbs. on their frames. We’ve been getting killed up the middle over the last few years with Pruitt type smaller ILB’s and I’d like to see that trend change. Heck most fullbacks these days are going 240-250 lbs., not to mention TE’s, both have responsibilities in blocking ILB’s.
I agree with you that Georgia is probably courting other LBs with more fervor. Nate McBride is my priority #1 get for the remainder of this class.

  47. Bulldawg Bob2

DawgByte You make a good point. He is a “tweener” at the ILB, but Roquan Smith was no heavier than Breon Dixon when he came out of high school to Georgia.
Smith has a little bigger frame and is up to 225 lbs now, but I could see Dixon adding 7 lbs to be in that range without any problems.
And Rashad Roundtree isn’t but in the 215 to 220 lbs range moving from his DB spot to ILB.
I think it has more to do with that Georgia is recruiting a number linebackers for 2017 and there maybe some guys higher on Georgia’s board, ie Leonard Warner and Nate McBride.

  48. DawgByte

Regarding the Dixon de-commit… I saw that one coming. At 6′ 218 lb., I don’t think he’s big enough to play ILB at the SEC level. I think they’re were going to have to leverage his speed and ball hawking skills at Safety.

  49. freddawg

diving duck He’s not a “must have” kind of recruit and we’re in on a lot of linebackers.  It’s one of those commitments that might have never happened if Kirby had been in charge earlier in the process.

  50. bahits

Bulldawg36 Then he would never play.  Matt Ryan isn’t great, but he is rugged as a John Dear tractor.  Management will stick with him until he retires.  It doesn’t matter if #2 and #3 behind him is better.  It is foolish pride.

  51. Bulldawg Bob2

biggityben Then I am not sure. Read through this and see if you missed a step: http://games.espn.com/college-football-pickem/2016/en/story?pageName=cpickemhowtoplay

  52. bahits

PatriotVeteran diving duck McBride is going to be an NFL first rounder.  I hope the Falcons are awake by then.  Falcons pick Dawgs, McBride!!!!!! with their first pick.   McBride goes on to be NFL MVP 3 times and and a 10+ year pro-bowler.

  53. bahits

Bulldawg36 lol, on the pick-em, I went with the upset.  USC 17, Bama 14.

lol, shows how good my pick is worth.  damn, Vodka.

  54. biggityben

Bulldawg Bob2 bahits RumRunnerDoogie It’s not letting me get past the ‘create entry’ phase

  55. Bulldawg Bob2

bahits Ah. OK. Yeah. You have to create your “team” entry and then you can join the group.
I see you in the group now; so, you are good to go.

  56. bahits

Bulldawg Bob2 bahits I didn’t see a join.  I clicked “play now for free”.  I hope you all don’t take to much advantage of me.  I might feel like a D voter.

  57. bahits

Bulldawg Bob2 I have no idea what I am doing.  I went to the first link.  Clicked the groups tab.  then put in the 42331 id and clicked search and got nothin.  I am doing something horrifically wrong, but what?  Do I need more or less vodka?

  58. Bulldawg Bob2

Speaking of College Pick’em; what you guys and gals got for the tie breaker score for the Tide vs the Trojans. I’m going with Bama over USCw 34-21.

  59. Bulldawg36

You should have cooked some possum & raccoon and I would of been right with my own fork & spoon

  60. bahits

I said picture looks scrumptious.  Middle son shakes head and says, “looks like pile of meat”.  Then says, “I want a doughnut burger”

I think I am in trouble. lol

  61. Bulldawg Bob2

  62. Bulldawg36

Wooooooo!!! Rolex wearing, jet flying son of a gun!! And I’m having trouble keeping these alligators down!!!!! Woooooo

  63. bahits

Because we are talking food, I just pulled these boneless ribs off my Davy Crockett.  It is a little early for dinner, but I am tempted to get everything else ready.  Middle son is boiling potatoes – I wanted rice, but oh, well, he is the second chef tonight and wanted potatoes and broccoli.  Sample of ribs got a “Perfect!” from my youngest son.  🙂  Good eats my friends.  Good Eats on a rainy night in Georgia!

  64. BroDawg

Oh well that explains it… my arteries stopped pumping blood to my brain after seeing the burger.. so I was unable to read anything beyond that.

  65. RumRunnerDoogie

diving duck really no telling what happened or if we will ever know. Have a long way to go tho

  66. RumRunnerDoogie

BroDawg its right before the talk on the donut burger….lol its a typical weekend on here

  67. diving duck

It’s strange to hear about Dixon. I thought he was all dawg. It’s gotta be because the staff has cooled on him. I love his tape I really think he’s going to be better than Mcbride. He makes a ton of plays and you can’t teach his instincts and football savy. Mcbride is quicker but just looks stiff on the field.

  68. RumRunnerDoogie

Greg Poole those baby blues look strange on a football field, granted they do look good with the dark blue helmets and pants

  69. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg Bob2 Greg Poole “cardiac cath lab” been there and dont really want to go back so i will skip on that monster haha

  70. Greg Poole

Louisiana-Lafayette: Head coach Mark Hudspeth is confident that his Ragin’ Cajuns will be back on track after a subpar 2015 season with a retooled defense and an offense that will rely on the playmaking of running back Elijah McGuire. Former LSU quarterback Anthony Jennings could also add needed leadership to the team.
The Cajuns have never beaten an SEC team in their history, but they’ll have a chance in mid-November when they head to Georgia to face the Bulldogs. They will be massive underdogs against the Dawgs, who are ranked 16th in the preseason polls. However, if Jennings can add a strong dual-threat attack to help McGuire and the defense is strong against the run, there’s a small chance that ULL can sneak out of Athens with an upset win.
    http://www.todaysu.com/sun-belt/4-sun-belt-teams-could-pull-huge-upsets-over-power-5-foes/

  71. Bulldawg Bob2

rugbydawg79 RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole I’ve tried it, and it’s “OK.” It’s playing off that savory-salty and sweet thing. IMO, it still doesn’t beat a good traditional cheeseburger.

  72. rugbydawg79

RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole I am “With You”  RRD I just don’t get the doughnut on a cheeseburger thing

  73. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole  Would you like to “supersize” your donut bacon double cheeseburger:

  74. RumRunnerDoogie

Greg Poole RumRunnerDoogie the burger and tots do look good tho lol. just not sure about the donut

  75. Bulldawg Bob2

Or Dixon is just a teenager trying to figure out what he wants to. Most teenagers have trouble making long term decisions.

  76. PTCDawg

Bulldawg36 yessir…seems like its rained pretty hard here for most of the last week…but we havent gotten near what the Athenians have gotten…

  77. Frankly

119th in the nation on 3rd conversion is not gonna get it done. Looking at one stat independent of other facts is nearly pointless.

  78. GaSoldier

Just running off assumptions, but Jeremy Pruitt recruiting ability worries me. Wouldn’t surprise me if he had a hand in this.

  79. PTCDawg

Looking at the bright side…every day when we look in the mirror we dont see a Tennessee fan!!

  80. RumRunnerDoogie

Bulldawg36 yea it sucks but im not worried at all. Still a long way away, not to mention a lot of HS LBs have uga high

  81. Hobnailboot aka RobG

Greg Poole Hobnailboot aka RobG I think anyone over the age of 25 is frustrated by kids, it’s what grown ups do##

  82. Greg Poole

Hobnailboot aka RobG and I’m just saying that you control whether kids frustrate you or not.

  83. Bulldawg36

Kirby and the staff probably quit contacting him as much. Not that much worried about a LB. we will get ours!!!!

  84. Greg Poole

Hobnailboot aka RobG  I think he is saying that he hopes they are not angry about the de-commit.

  85. Greg Poole

JaxDawg  Could be but there is nothing I can do about it – so I’ll just see what happens.
I still think Kirby’s team are pretty decent recruiters.

  86. Hobnailboot aka RobG

Greg Poole Hobnailboot aka RobG JaxDawg I know I’m just saying before I kept up with it I was none the wiser, and only heard about how well UGA recruited after the guys actually made it to campus, and never had any frustration from recruiting.

  87. GaSoldier

I recall Dixon was a big fan of Smart. Maybe he wasn’t contacted as much as he would like. Staff has been recruiting Ignont, Warner, and Mcbride hard.Still a position of need though, and competition is a good thing. If Kirby wants him he will continue to recruit him. What’s going on with Gibbs?

  88. Greg Poole

Hobnailboot aka RobG JaxDawg  Come on guys, both of you have been around long enough to know that it ain’t over til February. Some will come and some will go, but having any expectation of unwavering commitment from a high schooler is an invitation to frustration.

  89. Hobnailboot aka RobG

JaxDawg same here, while I really enjoy my interaction with everyone here I wish I would have never started following recruiting, it can be irritating.

  90. JaxDawg

Now I’m freaking ticked off!! We are trying to put together a well rounded team and get better. Can’t do this with people jumping off the bus and that affects our recruitment of Gibbs too. Leonard Warned and Nate McBride better hop on. I can’t handle this recruiting anymore

  91. Hobnailboot aka RobG

Dixon said “UGA will remain high on my list if the continue to recruit me”, almost sounds like UGA has may have not been contacting him as much as he would like

  92. Greg Poole

JaxDawg  Something new there? JK, but nothing changes in recruiting. The only thing that has changed at UGA is they are dong much better at it.

  93. JaxDawg

Whelp we have work to do. Kirby has his work cut for him this season to get the guys he needs.

  94. bahits

Wow, that was fast.  247 almost instantly adjusted our team rankings and now Oklahoma is ahead of us.  🙁

I wonder what went down with Breon?

  95. PTCDawg

JaxDawg well we may still get both of them, but I think its safe to say the odds just went down… would be interesting to know why he changed his mind but we probably never will

  96. PTCDawg

Greg Poole well POO…excuse my language…I hate that as much for Gibbs as I do for Dixon…

  97. rugbydawg79

JaxDawg I just puked in my mouth —  If we don’t beat florida the whole season stinks !

  98. JaxDawg

I think the UNC game can lead to good momentum if we beat them. I think if we beat them we go 10-2 with losses to ole miss and Florida. I think we really do beat Tennessee at home

  99. JaxDawg

One part of the game I think is important and needs to show out is our kicking game. Need that on point

  100. Greg Poole

PTCDawg I know that you are exaggerating purposefully but never underestimate the degree to which Kirby has been able to get the financial support that he needs to build a modern program.
Helicopters, jets, new dressing room/recruit lounge — Kirby has the power!

  101. freddawg

dawgathon True.  Until you reach the playoffs, conference games >>> show games.   UNC is important because it’s first and the coaches will learn a lot about their team, but I’d rather lose to them than Vanderbilt.

  102. DawgByte

dawgathon If we beat UNC, I think we carry big momentum moving into the most difficult stretch of our schedule. No doubt UT is a huge game. I want to beat them like a drum.

  103. PTCDawg

DawgByte Greg Poole Agreed. I think he may have been just as important a hire as Kirby. Maybe the best thing Kirby has done to date is getting him and Chaney on board.

  104. AllDawg89

You have fun and hope you catch some big fish!I haven’t had time for anything this year always working and this weather has been very hot after working in 120 degree warehouse I justhink wanna come home to the ac.lol. hoping to get to the Etowah River sooner than later

  105. DawgByte

Greg Poole Sooooooooo, thankful we’ve got Pittman on our staff. He’s a difference maker to say the least!

  106. PTCDawg

dsw61 Jim Chaney cares far more about getting a W than fitting a mold. If he thinks he is more likely to get a W from Lambert, he will start, if he doesnt he wont. Molds are irrelevant at this point.

  107. Doc R

freddawg Greg Poole there is a famous old quote:  Some use statistics like a drunk uses a lamppost—-for support rather than illumination!!

  108. freddawg

DawgByte Greg Poole True, but nobody keeps that stat about dropped ints.   Josh Dobbs had several games where the defense dropped multiple easy interceptions.  It happens more than you notice unless you’re keeping close tabs.

  109. freddawg

Greg Poole Stats are great, but what Lambert (Eason, Ramsey) has to prove is that he can move the offense.  We have all the other pieces on O this year, so numerous 3 and outs nearly every game is not acceptable.   We can’t let every penalty be a drive killer.  Our defense may be adequate, but better offensive production is mandatory for a successful season.

  110. DawgByte

Greg Poole What Blutarsky doesn’t point out is the number of passing attempts. Only 2 other SEC QB’s threw fewer passes than Lambert. It’s easier to rack up higher percentages with the frequency is lower. As many have pointed out this summer, Lamber had a half dozen passes dropped by opposing DB’s. That INT total could have and should have been significantly higher.

  111. DawgByte

Greg Poole We’ll drop out of the Top 25 if we lose to UNC. This is a monstrous opening game. Got to get it done in the Dome! We need the crowd loud and proud for Kirby.

  112. haws1178

AllDawg89 I’m getting one of those accomplished next weekend. I’ll be spending the next weekend up at the lake property. I’m looking for anything that will pass the time till the dawgs kickoff at this point

  113. DawgByte

RumRunnerDoogie DawgByte Bulldawg36 Yes, he’ll be RS’d as well, but I have high hopes for him. I can see he and Cleveland manning the Guard spots for us in the not so distant future.

  114. AllDawg89

Lol.yes I’m 26 turn 27 next week and I don’t look at age it’s just a number I beileve we are always a kid at heart but I do know we love the red and black!

  115. AllDawg89

I wouldn’t say big bucks I’d just say money management plays a big role .lol I would love some big bucks though

  116. haws1178

Bulldawg36 can’t believe they even let Clemson fans have phones. They should stick to what they know best tractors and farm animals

  117. Hobnailboot aka RobG

Bulldawg36 just file it away, you will one day be able to send him texts, as a fan of the NC Bulldogs, making fun of his team, and it will be glorious

  118. AllDawg89

I miss renting sometimes but owning a home is a investment but it is always something always.the city of cartersville and bartow county is growing exceptionally fast we are getting 2 water parks a 700 acre first ever theme park and Disney has there hands in it some also,we are also getting go karts zip line mountain bike riding kayaking ludge and talks of ski and snowboarding and alot more suppose to be the new piegon forge but here at lakepoint in emerson ga .it’s great for all ages

  119. Colonial Dawg

AllDawg89 Great family!  And I am hoping that since your wife and kids are so young, that you are betweek 25 and 30 and not a sixty something old fart, like me, and Greg and several others on here that I won’t name!

  120. Bulldawg36

I could be doing better, if I didn’t receive that text last night from an ole friend thinking Clemson is world beaters

  121. haws1178

Colonial Dawg AllDawg89 we  may need to invest in a second straight jacket if this is true######## lol

  122. AllDawg89

I’m not too sure I think he is waiting to see how the season unfolds anything and everything I hear I will let my fellow bulldawgs know but I think it’ll be mid season or end of the season. My personal opinion is he molds better into Chaney and UGA better

  123. JaxDawg

Well I think between Thompson, Hawkins, Atkins, Rochester, M. Carter, etc. I think we will be able to stop the run

  124. Bulldawg36

I hope we can stop the run better than we did last year. Not saying we were bad but we could use some improvement. Thompson needs to play like a first round pick this year.

  125. DawgByte

Bulldawg36 They have a very good running back, so stuffing the run will be incredible important. I want to see UNC in a lot of 2nd & 3rd downs where they have plus 6-8 yards to make a first down.

  126. Bulldawg36

Congrats on owning you own home!! I bet it’s a good feeling not having to deal with landlords? I’ve been through cartersville one time..it’s a pretty nice city.

  127. AllDawg89

I agree Lambert played well last year but alot of secondary could have had alot of interceptions last year but didn’t I Thank lambert for last year but I don’t see him fitting his mold.He also has no mobility and tends to over think situations I beileve

  128. AllDawg89

Yes it’s alot of responsibility for a guy my age and the only one working my wife is a stay at home mother and I’m a proud home owner so I have to fix everything now and I also bought my mother a house recently.

  129. Hobnailboot aka RobG

RumRunnerDoogie DawgByte while it is a little scary this season, it will pay off exponentially over the next couple of years

  130. dsw61

I’m going to admit upfront that I will be surprised if Chaney starts Lambert against UNC. I have never felt he fits the mold of what Chaney likes in his QBs. When I read the two quotes below, I don’t think Lambert.

“I tell the kids all the time, Your job is one job. You have to get the ball delivered to the play makers. Either hand it to them or throw it to them. That’s it. Don’t overthink it. Don’t think you have to do something outside of the system.” –Jim Chaney

“60% of your throws are movement throws.” –Jim chaney

  131. AllDawg89

I don’t think I could come close, rum puts me on my butt!!!!! Last time I had Rum it was 22 shots and haven’t touched it since.

  132. freddawg

Read a post on another site saying Briscoe has a shoulder injury.  Hopefully he’ll be healed soon.

  133. Hobnailboot aka RobG

AllDawg89 there is a reply button just under and to the right of the comment which you would like to reply

  134. AllDawg89

I have a 6 year old girl about to be 3 year old boy and 8 month lil girl I have my hands full and I have a 24 year old wife that I refer as to my kid as well.haha

  135. Bulldawg36

Thank you!! Congrats as well on your 3 kids. I’m fixing to be 39, it’s gonna be rough having a kid at this age..not saying I’m old. Lol. But I’ll be fine tho.

  136. DawgByte

Holyfield out with an apparently foot or ankle injury?!@#%&* Is it time to hit the panic button? No, but it does suck.

  137. AllDawg89

Congratulations on your first child! I am 26 and have 3 they are blessings and changed my whole life

  138. AllDawg89

Please forgive me while I get use to posting.I live in Cartersville and my buddy I work with his son is in automotive with Lawerence and he tells him that his is leaning UGA over The ugly orange

  139. AllDawg89

Thank yall very much! Like I said I have been reading you guys for a while and bulldawg36 everytime i read your posts I can relate I’m just as Rabid as you.lol

  140. RumRunnerDoogie

Greg Poole RobDawg our kicker was probably the last person to pick on, he was on my rugby team lol

  141. Bulldawg36

That’s right! Shockley was the last qb to win UGA the sec. He’s a good announcer as well, he called two of the corky kell games yesterday

  142. Bulldawg36

Welcome all dawg 89!! I guess you realise by now that I’m one of the Rabid dawgs around here?!!

  143. Jesse1

Bulldawg36 Wonder how DJ Shockley would fit in these days. Cause it’s unlikely we beat Clemson in 2002 without him.

  144. Jesse1

Greg Poole DawgLink After waxing Valdosta and Low-ends like he has, Probst is the King of Moultrie, Murphy, and Berlin.

  145. DawgLink

That’s the only way for an Auburn win. Don’t let Clemson score. No way Auburn wins trying to out score Clemson

  146. Bulldawg36

That’s true. Now he’s the most annoying person I know. I’m glad I live an hour away from him now.

  147. AllDawg89

Just would like to start off a introduction of myself I have been reading this site for about a year now and finally decided to sign up.This site is by far the best hands down figured I’d sign up before the start of the season.I Have 3 kids one boy two girls and a wife and I love them as much as I love my bulldawgs!

  148. Jesse1

freddawg bahits DawgLink Kevin Steele? He liked to get Dabo fired after that Orange Bowl a few years ago.

  149. freddawg

bahits DawgLink I don’t like predicting anything about opening games, but I will anyway.   That one has a decent chance to be an upset.  Watson hasn’t played many games under real pressure.   Auburn’s defense has a lot of talent and they COULD put a lot of pressure on Watson if Kevin Steele decides to play it that way.   Auburn’s offense is still a liability until proven otherwise, but if their OL is steady anything can happen.

  150. bahits

DawgLink I like this comment posted under the article.

“This article will be the most positive thing written about Auburn all season…
On the bright side, some High School somewhere is going to have a big name Coach next season…….”

  151. bahits

Bulldawg36 lol, I will watch.  I like Watson and hate the barn.  I know I should pull for the SEC team, but can’t do it.

Plus, it is football.   I even plan to watch a little of the Vol / VT game because it is at the that race track and because I want to see if the vols are as full of false bravado as I think they are.

  152. Bulldawg36

My friend of 20 years who is a Clemson fan… Texted me last night predicting that Clemson will play lsu for the NT. He is also a big time Mark richt fan and he said he hopes they beat UGA in a bowl game. He’s made me mad… I won’t answer his text for two weeks now!!!!!!

  153. Greg Poole

RobDawg  You should and my kicker better be ready. Then it becomes a test of the toughest kicker or the meanest hitters. Football is about blitzkreig not the Maginot line.

  154. RobDawg

True but you stand up for your teammate. Granted the kicker kinda dropped down in a position like I’m ready for this but he was severely overmatched. All I am saying is that we would have tried to return the intimidation back to that guy on his next play

  155. Greg Poole

DawgLink  I’m not sure he would want a small college job over the one he has, but I do not know, of course.

  156. DawgLink

Still surprised CRP’s past is catching up with him. One would think that a small college, maybe even DII would hire him to turn around a program

  157. Jesse1

Greg Poole Jesse1 Considering Moultrie was replacing 18 starters, and the way they got off the mat and started punching back, I dunno. Obviously CRP will set them down for a breakdown of the 1st quarter. After that, Moultrie handled Da Crick pretty well. See em in 15 weeks, and the Packers blow them out of the Dome. imo anyway.

  158. Greg Poole

Jesse1 You have the encyclopedic memory – I’d have to look it up.
The one when Sullivan was actually falling backward when he released the ball.

  159. Greg Poole

Jesse1 The Sullivan to Beasley pass in Athens was one of the best throws under pressure that I have ever seen.

  160. Greg Poole

RobDawg  We always went after the kicker. If he’s thinking about what is coming he may mis-hit the ball.

  161. Jesse1

Greg Poole What do y’all think of Da Crick now? Didn’t figure on em winning, Moultrie essentially spotted em a 3 touchdown lead, and ran outta time. But i did write yesterday, before the game that Mill Creek wasn’t chopped liver.

  162. Jesse1

Greg Poole Just don’t show any Terry Beasley highlights please. Got to know him pretty well, when TB was selling golf cars for Textron. Heckuva guy. Hard to stay mad at the guy……even though he might have cost UGA a shot at # 1 in 71′.

  163. DawgDaddy

Greg Poole Appreciate all that you do Greg.  Should we not link stories that we see elsewhere?  I thought the story below was worth sharing this a.m.

I am trying an experiment with this page to improve load times and prevent RAM-related crashes. I have removed  everything except text and links, both of which use very little resources. The problems that folks experience with this page are a combination of ads using resources (which are beyond my control) and the elements of the page, when both are combined with high comment volume. By remove embedded video and the Storify links to our articles more RAM will be available to process comments.
