TODAY’S FEATURED PROSPECTS

If position ranking is noted, it is 247 Sports latest composite ranking of the player.

JUSTIN FIELDS

CLASS: 2018

POSITION: No. 1 Dual-Threat QB

HT, WT: 6 foot 3, and 221 lbs

SCHOOL: Harrison High School

CITY, STATE: Kennesaw, GA

STATUS: Undeclared

UGA OFFER: Yes, offered on 11/18/2016.

# OFFERS: 41

NEWS & NOTES: Fields visited UGA on June 12th and again on July 14th after de-committing from PSU back on June 6th. With Matt Corral committing to Florida this past Saturday, it looks like it is down to Auburn, FSU, and Georgia for Fields. He has taken unofficial visits to all three programs this month. While I know there have been crystal ball predictions for Fields to FSU since he came off his visit with the ‘Noles on July 20th, I still think the Bulldogs are the team to beat here.

STEVEN KRAJEWSKI

CLASS: 2018

POSITION: No. 54 Pro-Style QB

HT, WT: 6 foot 4, and 205 lbs

SCHOOL: Colquitt County High School

CITY, STATE: Moultrie, GA

STATUS: Undeclared

UGA OFFER: No.

# OFFERS: 4

NEWS & NOTES: Matthew Hall has gotten a look at Krajewski in person, and he really likes this 2018 QB for his size, sneaky athleticism, decision making, and football IQ. After having watched his tape, I would have to agree with Hall. The Colquitt County rising senior is flying under the radar given the QB talent in this year’s recruiting class in the Peach State. He is completing a circuit of visits over the last week where he has taken unofficials to Alabama, Auburn, FSU, and is scheduled to visit Syracuse today. He has visited Georgia and took part in the Kirby Smart 7-On-7 tournament in at UGA back in the middle of June, helping lead the Colquitt County team to victory.

TANNER MCKEE

CLASS: 2018

POSITION: No. 3 Pro-Style QB

HT, WT: 6 foot 6, and 220 lbs

SCHOOL: Centennial High School

CITY, STATE: Corona, CA

STATUS: Undeclared

UGA OFFER: Yes, offered on January 11th.

# OFFERS: 22

NEWS & NOTES: It’s been a while since I’ve featured QB Tanner McKee, but he is one of the top Pro-Style prospects in the 2018 class that is undeclared and has an offer from the Bulldogs. He visited Georgia back on March 31st. So what’s the catch? Why are programs taking a wait and see approach with McKee? He won’t be available right away after graduating high school because he will going on a 2-year Mormon mission.

JASE ORNDORFF

CLASS: 2018

POSITION: Pro-Style QB

HT, WT: 6 foot 2, and 190 lbs

SCHOOL: Lee County High School

CITY, STATE: Leesburg, GA

STATUS: Undeclared

UGA OFFER: No.

# OFFERS: N/A

NEWS & NOTES: Another Peach State QB to keep your eye on this fall is Lee County’s Jase Orndorff. He doesn’t have any major offers as of yet and part of that is due to the fact that he not the ideal size for a Pro-Style QB. He’s listed at 6 foot 2 and 190-195 lbs, but is probably closer to 6 foot 1 and 180-185 lbs. Still, Orndorff is one tough customer and is most impressive with his calm, cool demeanor when under pressure in the pocket.
