bahits DawgDaddy It will be like a Hornets nest just enclosed  , just don’t get stung – you can kill them  now and still preserve the nest to show students -just beware of imatures coming to life – they have complete metamorhisis  so there will be emerging adults — many people have captured Hornet  nests only to get stung down the road— GATA !!!

  2. Bulldawg36

Gooooooddd night all u lil doggies!!!!!!!! I’m headed to the bed!!! You fellers have good dreams now.. Ya hear!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. bahits

DawgDaddy bahits I have planned on dumping that old backstop.  I think I will wait until late December or January and on a cold day, I will cut into it.  I am curious how the nest looks and my wife loves stuff like this for teaching kids.   If will post pictures.

It would be great if it is dormant enough before the GT game to post a dead Yellow Jacket hive.  🙂

  4. DawgDaddy

BenKellam I’m thinking if tennessee doesn’t win it this year they go back into decline.   We are the team that is loaded with RS Sophs and below, they are very talented youngsters and the future is bright at UGA.   UT loses a ton of talent next year and they are replacing them with 3 star players.  Go Dawgs!

  5. DawgDaddy

Greg Poole Read the guys name, he is on acid.

He list all of the match ups as close and then predicts an arse whipping?  Yeah, I think he is on drugs.

  6. dawgmum

Bulldawg Bob2 Welcome back! We sure missed you around here. So glad Christi is doing well.

  7. Red Dawn

No, that title belongs to Kevin Ramsey. Ramsey is more memorable since he pinched Donnan in the face. Most fans wanted to punch Donnan anyway.

  8. Colonial Dawg

BenKellam I did not realize that Terrapin was an Athens brewery.  I’ve been having a Terrapin next door at the pub in Williamsburg for some time now and just assumed it was a Maryland beer.

  9. converted 1981

Bulldawg Bob2 So Glad to hear it about the Mrs.  Will continue to keep you all in our prayers as well as those on the board who are still fighting.  Looking forward to some added insight.

  10. converted 1981

godawgs678 Well some of the women had a liking for the “Tickle me Elmo” came out a few years back.  When you tickled it he laughed and vibrated….

  11. DawgLink

Haven’t been on since early morning but I’m proud to see ole BB2 back in action. Glad things are working well for the Mrs.

  12. DawgDaddy

Bulldawg Bob2 BOB!!! Glad that Christi is doing well and you are going to be back on BI.  Missed you.

  13. bahits

MMCSDAWG bahits Bulldawg36 Poor Schotty.  He is below Colt 45.  smh

Will he rank as the worse UGA coordinator of all time?

  14. Bulldawg36

Ahhh don’t drink that! Drink the real stuff…slitze malt or mad do 20/20!#######

  15. Doc R

DawgByte AlphaDawg Greg Poole PTCDawg ESPEEIN is reporting that JJ still has that “Lost” look on his face!!

BenKellam Bulldawg36 Sounds like a “Perfect” game to me!  0 throws, 0 interceptions and 0 errors!

deltonadawg Tell me about it…  Just went outside to stretch my legs a little and it feels like a convection oven.  it HOT!  didn’t stay out there long…

  18. BenKellam

Bulldawg36 What are we gonna do when our offense never even gets the ball because he takes it to the house every time he touches it? How will we judge our quarterbacks then?

  19. BenKellam

Bulldawg Bob2 They were always my go to as well. Love just about all of their higher ABV brews. Bog Hoppy Monster, Rye Cubed, Hopzilla, Moo Hoo, obviously Hopsecutioner all really good.

  20. godawgs678

Why on God’s green earth do kids love Elmo? My son could be pitching a fit and as soon as he sees Elmo on tv, it’s like he won the lottery. His voice, his talking in third person, and his overall shenanigans drive my blood pressure up.

I pretty much have Sesame Street or Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on in my house 24/7 and even when I’m at work, I have those songs stuck in my head. I just don’t understand the infatuation these kids have.

    Anyways, back to recruiting….

  21. Bulldawg Bob2

MMCSDAWG BenKellam AlphaDawg  Terrapin is an Athens and a Georgia gem that is for sure. Hopefully, Miller-Coors won’t mess with them and just be able to increase the distribution as Alpha said

  22. AlphaDawg

BenKellam AlphaDawg I hear ya. The Sierra Nevada type beers. They’re usually pretty mediocre. I love Creature, but man they’re reminding me of the beetles when they discovered drugs. Just going off into random fruit beers and stuff now. A little too weird for my taste. Trop, Bibo, and the Reclaimed Rye are solid. Reclaimed Rye is in my top 5. Wish they would can that one real bad.

SBC is up and coming. They’re starting to can now which is great!

  23. Bulldawg Bob2

Bulldawg36  I hear that! That is great news! Both Christi and I are happy for you both.

BenKellam AlphaDawg Exactly..  I’m not local so…  But I know the quality of craft beers tends to decline once they sell out to the mass producers and start distributing nationwide.  I will continue to support the smaller local Krafters!

  25. Bulldawg Bob2

BenKellam  I really like serval of Terrapin’s brews: Moo Hoo Chocolate Milk Stout, the Liquid Bliss Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter,  Coffee Oatmeal Imperial Stout, Rye Squared, Hop Karma IPA as well as the Hi-5 IPA. They make some good beer.

While I am happy for the people that started Terrapin as they have cashed in on their success, which speaks to their ability and tenaciousness as craft beer brewers and businessmen, I just hope MillerCoors doesn’t mess with want made them successful. Hopefully, they won’t mess with the beer and will manage their new asset well.

  26. BenKellam

AlphaDawg It’s sad. I tend to try to avoid the “fake” craft beer that is produced by the big macro breweries since they tend to do what they can to squash craft beer. At least there is SBC and Creature Comforts if Terrapins quality suffers.

  27. AlphaDawg

BenKellam Not a fan at first bc my first assumption is the quality will go down, but if they can maintain the quality but increase the distribution, then it’s fine.

  28. BenKellam

So I know I’m a little late on the news, but what does everyone think of Terrapin being bought up by MillerCoors. I wonder what effect thats gonna have on the brewery. That was a really nice hangout spot while I was in school.

  29. Bulldawg Bob2

Greg Poole Wait … you look familiar … do I know you? #####################

  30. Bulldawg36

You’re welcome bud! Yeah she’s doing good…except for she is ill as a hornet and plump as a turkey..naw we getting excited, it’s almost time. When Isaiah Mckenzie is returning the opening kickoff for 90 yard TD vs the Tar Heels then the lil baby will be born and crying in her mothers arms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  31. Greg Poole

    Bulldawg Bob2  Bob!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I learned that from three six

Bulldawg36 I believe Kirby and Tucker are going to put more pressure on this year.  Last year we relied on coverage and didn’t go man to man very often.  I think kirby wants to put a couple of guys on man coverages to free up some blitzer’s.  He likes bring a safety or corner off the edge and he’s done well with that at Alabama.  We might get burned a few more times this season deep, but we might also get a Lot more sacks and disruption type plays.

Bulldawg Bob2 Welcome back BB2!   We have definitely missed you!   Great to hear that Christi is doing better and we will continue to send our thoughts and prayers your way!

  34. AlphaDawg

MMCSDAWG AlphaDawg Bulldawg36 Very true. Walker plays a little lighter than Loz so I bet he’s real quick around the OL

  35. Bulldawg Bob2

Bulldawg36  Thanks BD36. Those prayers were very much appreciated.

How are things on the baby front going if I may ask? Your wife doing a-OK?

  36. AlphaDawg

Bulldawg Bob2 AlphaDawg A good man provides! We’ve all been thinking about you for quite some time now. Glad to see you around.

AlphaDawg MMCSDAWG Bulldawg36 We also saw D. Walker was capable of as well.  We have some Athletes, lets’ hope they all buy into Kirby and Mel’s plan and GATA!

  38. Bulldawg Bob2

AlphaDawg Hey Alpha! Just been busy taking care of the Mrs. BulldawgBob2 and working. Hope you and yours are all well my friend.

  39. Bulldawg36

Missed you my friend bob! Glad christi is getting better!!!!!! Me & the wife prayed for y’all !!!!!!

  40. AlphaDawg

MMCSDAWG AlphaDawg Bulldawg36 Yes I hope we have packages for Dobbs with some athletic LBs. Gotta stop his run and Hurd. Especially on those 3rd down options Dobbs loves so much

AlphaDawg Bulldawg36 Watch out for Mr. Barnett in this type of game!  As we saw in the G day game he is a little undersized, but he has mobility and can get after a QB.  I could see a scenario where we have both on the field at the same time to contain Dobbs!

  42. Bulldawg36

He’s got to get meaner tho. Hope Natrez pops Dobbs a couple of times. Let him know he can’t be running up the middle on UGA

  43. Bulldawg Bob2

    Hey yo!

I hope my favorite Bulldawgs and Bulldawgettes are all well, and I hope you all have had a good summer.

Christi is doing well and healing. I want to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers for both her and myself and our families. We definitely felt them and they helped.

You guys and gals are going to start seeing more of me again, mostly in the afternoons and evenings. Looking forward to getting back to talking Dawgs, sports, food and spirits as well as general nonsense with you ladies and gentlemen.

  44. Bulldawg36

Wow! What an absolute delusional article ! UGA will pound auburn again. Auburn could be the worst team in the west.

  45. AlphaDawg

Bulldawg36 I don’t think we have a better sideline to sideline LB than Lo. He’s got great closing speed.

  46. Bulldawg36

I despise the vols. But they will be tough. I dunno if we can tackle Dobbs. Hope Lorenzo Carter will GATA!

  47. Greg Poole

There is a men’s basketball practice and photo op this afternoon before they head to Europe on their annual tour.  Guess I’ll go shoot some pics to have on hand.

  48. converted 1981

MMCSDAWG PTCDawg Yea – IF gUT can get through the first half of their season their last half is a cake walk.  I agree that I do Not believe they will make it unscathed.  Especially when the Gumps and gey turds start placing the quotes from gUT players “Guaranteeing” Victories over both Gumps and GeyTurds.

  49. DawgByte

AlphaDawg Greg Poole PTCDawg ESPN is reporting that Jeremy Johnson just threw another INT!!!

  50. AlphaDawg

dawgmum All the twitter warriors bashing him for being “soft” (and that’s a nice synonym) should feel terrible.

  51. Joe Dawg

Greg Poole  Auburn probably has this years Heisman Trophy winner and the SEC Championship in the bag already!

  52. Greg Poole

PTCDawg  You forgot the sarcasm font #################################################

  53. PTCDawg

Greg Poole yes, with their recent success against us and the terrific momentum they have coming out of last year, I can certainly see a lot of reasons for optimism on the Plains.

  54. PTCDawg

godawgs678 Every time I look at a recruit that is predicted to OSU it seems like he has a 98 rating. Not a fan but Meyer is killing it this year.

I am not sold on Jacoby being a goner but even if he is we are still looking to finish very, very well. My guess is we finish at 3. Picking up Holloman and TL would certainly get us back on track.

  55. Joe Dawg

godawgs678  Hopefully RL III can help with Jacoby. I still feel good about M. Herrin. August could be a BIG month for the Dawgs!

  56. godawgs678

We need some positive momentum in recruiting. Last week or two have been downers. Now is the time for Holloman, McBride, Lawrence, KJ Britt, or someone to commit to the G!

PTCDawg MMCSDAWG Right…   Just like meaningless stats..  if you ignore part of the sample size you can get the statistic to say whatever you want!

  58. PTCDawg

i heard Brandon Adams ask someone on his podcast…”if you ignore the schedule, how do you think Georgia looks?”…and I am thinking, who would ever ignore the schedule? Schedule is paramount and it makes us look really good this year.

PTCDawg You missed my poll the other day…  I put our chances of winning the SECe at 75%.  I too am optimistic.  I honestly don’t see UTk as a given.  They have a rough 4 game stretch of SEC games and could easily loss 2 or 3, especially if they are close games in the 4th qtr.  Booootch hasn’t shown the ability to coach his team thru a close game to victory.

haws1178 MMCSDAWG Thanks Haws!  It’s tough man.  I love my kids and I’m glad I got to spend my last 2 duty stations here in Jax so they could be more settled.  But my last one graduated HS this year and my daughter grads college this year as well.  I’m thinking it’s time to get back Home!

  61. bahits

dsw61 AlphaDawg Greg Poole We need to get that kid into a big walk-n-freezer and have him do a full workout, including catching balls and getting knocked around a little while your fingers, ears and nose are nearly frozen.

He needs to know what he is getting into.

dsw61 AlphaDawg Greg Poole The thing about major CFB recruiting is, there is not telling what is actually going thru these young men’s minds and there is no logical way of predicting exactly what is going to happen when it’s all said and done.  That’s what drives some of us crazy and why some of us just saddle up for the ride and try not to get bucked off!

All I know for sure is…  Our current staff is the most involved and determined recruiting staff we have had at UGA IMO.  They might not finish #1 in the nation this year, but they aren’t going to sit back and wait on things to happen, they are after it every single day!

  63. dsw61

AlphaDawg Greg Poole The only way I see Soloman flipping is if he decides making his mom happy is more important than whatever he sees in Michigan.

IYH_BI Exactly, My son’s team has their 5 day camp starting next weekend as well…  I might not get to see the Dawgs, but I’ll at least get to see some actual contact!

  65. PTCDawg

Guess I am more skeptical than most about so many of our players leaving early for the draft. Given reasonably successful years the only players I think are highly likely to go are Chubb and LoCar, and that assumes LoCar has an All-American kind of year (and I think he will). I would only put Michel and Bellamy as maybes, think any of the rest are unlikely.

I am in the more optimistic camp when it comes to this year. I think our odds of winning the East are at least as good as anyones.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Until, of course, I don’t.

  66. AlphaDawg

Greg Poole well shoot. Oh well guess I was the only one who liked not watching Ryan Secrest

  67. haws1178

MMCSDAWG haws1178 get ya stuff together ain’t no way I could leave a fellow dawg down here

haws1178 MMCSDAWG Can you swing by here and pick me up and take me back to God’s country with ya?  ###  I’m starting to lean more and more to retiring for good a little earlier than initial planned and get my butt back to Georgia!

  69. haws1178

MMCSDAWG haws1178 visiting. Gonna be heading back to GA tomorrow. Its been fun but looking forward to hanging out in south GA before heading back to Augusta

Greg Poole AlphaDawg I believe due to his arm being Surgically repaired, he would have been put in a open type device to allow the incision and wound to heal.  I would not be at all surprise if he is later placed into a semi rigid type cast.  Especially once the wound heals.

  71. Bulldawg36

I agree with Richard! I forgot he lived down in Hinesville! Never been down there before

  72. AlphaDawg

Greg Poole AlphaDawg That’s what I was hearing too. Sling. Makes me think he may get a few carries but he won’t be getting a screen pass…at least on purpose. lol

  73. DawgByte

nolabigdawg AlphaDawg Agree, very sad indeed. Thoughts and prayers are with his family.

  74. converted 1981

MMCSDAWG nolabigdawg godawgs678 Especially RB’s = Short NFL Lifespan.  Get there and earn your money while they can.

AlphaDawg  Dang…  That’s a tough one right there.  There is nothing in this world like the love of a Mother!  Unconditional and everlasting!  My heart hurts for this young dawg and his family.  I remember him putting off his commitment a couple of times due to his mothers health concerns, but honestly I had no idea she was this ill. our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family!  May God give you strength is this time!

  76. Greg Poole

AlphaDawg You are probably right. I took a look at his arm at the last Kirby Camp. It did no appear to be in a traditional cast (or a cast at all) the wrapping (or “cast”) appeared to extend from his wrist to below his elbow.
Not real sure because I was about 15 feet away and he was wear a “sling” type protector over it.

  77. nolabigdawg

AlphaDawg Can’t imagine losing your mother at that young of an age. May God Bless the Demery family.

  78. AlphaDawg

Greg Poole DawgDaddy My assumption is he can take a handoff for UNC but he won’t be able to catch bc of it being wrapped up like a club.

  79. nolabigdawg

godawgs678 nolabigdawg IMHO I believe the latter scenario is a better than average possibility. Just a gut though.

  80. Greg Poole

nolabigdawg godawgs678  Not sure about Blazevich, but probably, depending on his NFL grade.

  81. DawgByte

    Good morning everyone!
Loved Huck’s article this morning. A lot of people are speculating whether we can win the East given all the questions. Some point to this coach or that coach that turned programs around over night. Some of those programs were loaded with talent and others not so much. In my mind what it takes to turn around a program regardless of talent level is getting the team to feel like a family. Building team unity where everyone is rowing in the same direction and being accountable for themselves and their teammates can in many cases overcome deficiencies in talent.
What I’m most eager to see this year is whether Kirby & Co. can get this team unified and playing above their heads. If he can do that we’ll overachieve and win the East. Year one is going to test this staff’s ability to coach at a level commiserate with our expectations.

  82. godawgs678

nolabigdawg One more thing to add, I also think a lot depends on how this season goes. If we only win 7 or 8 games and it looks like it’s going to be another year or two until we are a real contender, some of these guys could be gone if they have good individual seasons. If we knock off some of the big boys, maybe show up in the SEC Championship, and look like we’re going to be a Playoff team next year, some of them might decide to stay. You never know with these kids though….

  83. nolabigdawg

MMCSDAWG nolabigdawg godawgs678 I believe you’re right. And if that’s the case, I really hope D’Andre Swift commits to the good guys. Watching his tape, he really is impressive.

nolabigdawg godawgs678 Most likely gone…  Especially if they all have a good season.

  85. godawgs678

nolabigdawg I also think Wynn will stay. Even if he has another good year. His size is his biggest downfall. So the more college experience he has, the higher he will go imo.

  86. AlphaDawg

I was making a pretty long list, but it seems many of them will have to prove draft worthyness this season. People like Lcarter could be a first round if he proves his worth this season

  87. godawgs678

nolabigdawg If Carter has a good year, he could be gone. Same with Bellamy. Pass Rushers are at a premium in the NFL.

  88. ronaldo77

Bulldawg36 That is why Richt is gone. There was no reason why we should not have won the east the past 5 years in a row

  89. AlphaDawg

converted 1981 AlphaDawg All I found was he could be arrested for criminal trespass because of a confrontation he had at CG

  90. godawgs678

BenKellam AlphaDawg I would personally rather take Caleb Chandler. I have no idea why we havent offered that kid.

  91. BenKellam

AlphaDawg Is this why I’ve heard that we have not been on him as much as some other OL in Georgia?

  92. Bulldawg36

I just have to face it. Fla has an elite defense. Even under musk rat we couldn’t score much on em. We have won 3 of the last 5…but the last two games we acted is if we didn’t belong on the same field with em.

  93. Bulldawg36

I used to think that a tougher schedule you makes you better!! But now, it’s like you either have it or you don’t!!!

  94. Bulldawg36

I wish we could have taken advantage of the East while flo-ri-duh and 10-r-c were down. Now it’s gonna be a dog fight to win the east. Not saying we can’t win the but it’s gonna be much harder road than it was a few years ago.

  95. converted 1981

AlphaDawg ??????????????????????????????  What am I missing here?  Sorry haven’t been able to keep up like I used to!

  96. BenKellam

MMCSDAWG I totally agree that we need change on offense this season. Chubbs injury made a huge difference to ppg. Sony is great but couldn’t carry the offense quite like Chubb. Give me whatever bad comes with the good of starting Eason. He’ll bring some much needed excitement to the team.

  97. Greg Poole

    Alabama’s phony national titles:
You can read about all of the claimed titles and assess them for yourself at the above link, but the most absurd of all these national championships, without question, is the 1941 “title”, when Alabama finished ranked 20th in the nation, behind FOUR OTHER SEC SCHOOLS in the final AP poll. (Georgia finshed that season ranked 14, Mississippi State was 16, Ole Miss was 17, Tennessee was 18 and Alabama was 20th.)
So how did Bama end up with the “title?”
Wayne Atcheson, their sports information director, just gave it to them nearly fifty years after the season ended because a random LA stat guy said Bama was the best team that year.
    And no one even blinked.
If you make something up and stick to the lie, eventually people even accept it as the truth and start bragging about it.
In 1941 Alabama lost 14-0 at home to Mississippi State and was held scoreless by Vanderbilt in a 7-0 defeat.

  98. Bulldawg36

Too many question marks. Qb and a first year head coach. Plus Tennessee and Fla are gonna be tough

converted 1981 BenKellam Greg Poole I will repeat it one more time…  I don’t care what this stat or any other stats say.  UGA was 31% on 3rd down conversions last year.   Our scoring offense went from 35.7 pts/gm to 26.2/gm last year.  We ranked 10th out of 14 teams in total passing.  So we allowed the second fewest sacks in the SEC.  Another unimportant stat.

  100. BenKellam

converted 1981 Good point. Must be nice to only have to block for 2 seconds during a pass play.

  101. converted 1981

BenKellam Greg Poole Not really, think about it – 85 to 90% short dunks delivered ASAP.  How many long passes (over 20 yards) were even attempted last year?  In the 2015 “Highlight” Video I saw yesterday there were only 4 or 5…..  Maybe I missed them but you would think they would be in a Highlight video.

  102. Reddawg13

BenKellam Reddawg13 I agree with that completely. And I would rather have him away from the SEC if possible. But OSU is loved by the media and the NCAA and they try and get them in the Natty every year, I was kinda being a bit funny when I said “until we have to play him in the natty.”

  103. Reddawg13

MMCSDAWG Reddawg13 Bulldawg36 Me too, like I always say if we don’t believe how can we expect our players to believe. We were 10-2 last year and we didn’t play that great. Chubb was hurt and we just lacked preparation and readiness so if 10-2 is possible in that scenario then more is possible in the new scenario!

  104. BenKellam

Reddawg13You gotta make it to the natty first. And that means going through tennessee every year.

  105. Reddawg13

Greg Poole If and that is a big IF, Eason doesn’t start it will be Brice. Chaney and Smart will fix Brice’s problems. Lambert is a DGD but he does not give us the best chance to win period! I have had enough of game management! Let’s by god play and attack!

Reddawg13 Bulldawg36  Why not us and Why Not NOW!!!  Until proven otherwise I’m sticking with it!

  107. BenKellam

dsw61 Fine with me. I hate OSU as much as anyone else here but I’d rather have him up there then at UTk.

  108. Reddawg13

AlphaDawg godawgs678 Agreed, but neither did Sam Mills, Mike Singletary, Zach Thomas, Rennie Curan, well you get the point, Dixon is going to interesting to say the least. Great post AD!

  109. Greg Poole

converted 1981 Probably gets a flag and get overturned because he didn’t hit the receiver in the head.

  110. converted 1981

Greg Poole Question about the above Great Tackle by Kirby.  Would this be considered “Targeting” by today’s standards?  He did Not lead with his helmet but he clearly left his feet and “Launched” himself into the receiver.

  111. AlphaDawg

godawgs678 LOL was about to say WELL DUH HE’S THE NUMBER ONE SAFETY IN AMERICA!
but Dixon is an interesting one. He was made a priority by Kirby. Kirby really likes him, and from what I hear he plays like Ganus with that mentality that he doesn’t let size bother him, but I agree he doesn’t fit the ILB size he normally likes.

ed603 Definitely great start to the morning for sure!    Practice starts in less than a week, it’s on!

  113. ed603

Good morning, BI…Huck got the morning started off great, and then the news that BB2 will be back! a great day to be a Dawg fan!

  114. godawgs678

I would assume Lacounte is probably going to start out at Safety, correct? He looks way too small to be an ILB. And I know KS likes those big ol’ 240-250 lb backers.

  115. Bulldawg36

I agree with Huck, I don’t think we will win the east either. Sure hope we will tho.

  116. converted 1981

DawgDaddy Greg Poole And got thrown into the car, he will be feeling that later.

  117. AlphaDawg

MMCSDAWG AlphaDawg If I could pay $106 a year to have $8 football tickets I would be buying them for my whole family.

  118. AlphaDawg

MMCSDAWG AlphaDawg It’s almost like is agenda is to turn the students against the athletics admin.

Bansai buckeroo Club them suckers in the head… lol!

I’m not being serious so the PC police please calm down!

Greg Poole Great read!  I like those super Freaks!  The kind you don’t take home to mother!!! lol

AlphaDawg You thought wrong…  Never have liked his style very much.  He has written a few decent articles, but overall I really don’t care for his work.

I think people are more concerned with his ability to block than his running….

SIAP. Tenn offered a 3* DT QB from Georgia yesterday. He’s the No. 562 overall prospect and No. 22 dual-threat quarterback in the 247Sports Composite for the 2018. May mean they know Emory Jones is going to OSU.

Greg Poole Not Good but FANtastic.  So glad to hear it > Because it must mean his Wife is doing much Better and that is what it is all about.  Welcome back Bob, you have been most missed.

Good luck Arthur. Based on last season’s TE play he has a good a chance as any of those guys with Falcons

Greg Poole Great news, glad to see him getting everything in order and back at his post.

DawgDaddy He should be very close by UNC. Conditioning will not be an issue – his arm will not prevent running. We’ll see how much the participates in drills next week.

Greg Poole I still don’t understand reporters saying that Sony is no where near being game ready.  I think his conditioning is still there and with a cast he will play against UNC.  At least a good percentage of plays.

The AJC’s SEC Country seems to have eliminated poor Greyson Lambert from the quarterback competition:
    QB Jacob Eason, Georgia
It’s unclear whether Eason will be able to wrest the starting job from the more experienced Brice Ramsey. Regardless, Eason will almost undoubtedly take over this season. After throwing for more than 10,000 yards and 99 touchdowns in high school and earning Gatorade National Football Player of the Year, Eason enrolled early at Georgia. During the spring game, he led the way with 244 yards and a touchdown on 29 passing attempts. Heads will turn as soon as Eason gets on the field for good.

Good news! @Bulldawg Bob will be back in the saddle soon – by Monday at the latest.
