[break] The Georgia women’s golf carded a 322 in Monday’s first round of the Bruin Wave Invitational at El Caballero Country Club. The Bulldogs were in 15th place when play was suspended late in the second round. A midday rain delay of roughly 30 minutes prevented teams from completing the 36 holes scheduled for Monday.[break] [break] Play will resume at 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday, with the third round beginning immediately after the second round is completed. All three rounds utilized a shotgun start.
[break] [break] Harang Lee’s 79 was Georgia’s low tally of the first round. The Bulldogs also counted an 80 from Sammi Lee, an 81 from Isabella Skinner and an 82 from Sylvie Brick.
[break] [break] On the individual leaderboard, Harang Lee was tied for 43rd, Sammi Lee was tied fof 47th, Skinner was tied for 52nd, Brick was tied for 60th and Mary Ellen Shuman, who shot an 83, was tied for 65th.
