GYMDOGS SHOW IMPROVEMENT IN FIRST TWO MEETS

In the home opener of the 2018 season, Georgia put up only five gymnasts on vault, bars and floor, and accumulated 10 scores throughout the meet of 9.85 or higher. The GymDogs also increased their final score by a total of two points since the season opener against the fourth-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide.

SCOUTING THE TIGERS

The Tigers have depth at every event for the 2018 season. Auburn’s tentative lineup for Friday’s meet features five juniors, three sophomores, and five freshmen.

KEEP IT SIMPLE AND INTENTIONAL

The GymDogs will start the season keeping their routines simple and intentional, but more difficulty will come throughout the season.

THERE’S A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING

> This season Sabrina Vega is in the vault lineup for the first time in her career.

> Additionally, Senior Jasmine Arnold is competing for the first time, showcasing her talents on the floor.
