The Gymdogs will face familiar SEC foes No. 3 Florida and No. 15 Missouri as well as 30th-ranked New Hampshire, 33rd-ranked Penn State and 35th-ranked North Carolina, with the top two teams of the six-team field advancing to the NCAA Semifinals on April 14 in St. Louis.

This season, Georgia is 0-2 against Florida and 3-0 against Missouri. The Gymdogs have not yet competed against any of the other teams in the regional this year.

In 33 all-time regional appearances, Georgia has won 24 regional championships and has finished second nine times. In 2016, Georgia hosted a regional and finished second behind only third-ranked LSU, eventually advancing to the Super Six in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Gymdogs bring three NACGC/W All-Americans with them to the Sunshine State, as freshman Rachel Dickson, sophomore Sydney Snead and junior Gigi Marino all earned second-team honors, announced over the weekend. Dickson became the first Gymdog since Courtney Kupets and Tiffany Tolnay in 2006 to be named an All-American for all-around as a freshman. The All-America nods were also the first for Snead and Marino in their respective careers.

The meet on Saturday will be Georgia’s first since finishing fourth at the SEC Championship with a 196.700. Snead and senior Lauren Johnson earned All-SEC recognition in the meet with a pair of 9.9s on bars.
