The No. 16 seed Georgia Bulldogs (45-18) will kick off the Women’s College World Series on Thursday with a noon ET first pitch against the No. 8 seed Florida State Seminoles (53-8) in Oklahoma City.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN.

Georgia is making its third WCWS appearance and first since 2010 after sweeping the Gainesville Super Regional over No. 1 Florida. The Seminoles are making their ninth trip to Oklahoma City and the second time in three years after taking two games over Utah in Tallahassee.
