Four Georgia men’s tennis players — Austin Smith, Wayne Montgomery, Paul Oosterbaan and Ben Wagland — were included in this week’s Oracle/ITA Tennis Rankings, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced on Tuesday.

Oosterbaan, a redshirt sophomore from Kalamazoo, Michigan, made the biggest jump in this week’s rankings, moving up to No. 65 after being ranked 96th going into the 2016 SEC Tournament. Oosterbaan won two out of three singles matches this past weekend, including a victory against Florida’s 36th-ranked Elliott Orkin in the SEC Tournament Championship.

Smith and Montgomery, who were each named to the 2016 SEC All-Tournament Team, both climbed in the rankings, with Smith moving up to No. 15. The Cumming, Georgia, native has won six-straight singles contests this season — all against ranked opponents. Montgomery moved up three spots to No. 32 in the singles rankings after he went 2-1 in last weekend’s SEC tourney.

Rounding out Georgia’s rankings is the doubles team of Smith and Wagland. The Bulldog duo is now ranked ninth.

Georgia, which boasts a 20-4 overall record this season, is busy preparing for the 2016 NCAA Tournament. The NCAA Selection Show will take place on Tuesday, May 3 at 5:30 p.m. ET.
