By virtue of No. 18 Texas A&M’s 4-0 victory over Alabama earlier today, the fourth-ranked Bulldogs will face the Aggies on Friday at 11 a.m. ET at the LSU Tennis Complex in the SEC Women’s Tennis Tourney in the quarterfinals.

Georgia defeated Texas A&M earlier this month, dispatching the Aggies 5-2 on April 10 at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex in Athens. Junior Caroline Brinson took the match clincher with a win on the fourth court over Ines Deheza.

The Bulldogs won the doubles point in the match, and Brinson was joined by sophomores Ellen Perez, Mariana Gould and Laura Patterson with singles victories.

The match will be the first meeting in the SEC Tournament between the two programs.

Live stats will be available for the match courtesy of LSU.
