Reggie Barlow (HC) The 23rd head coach of the Tigers made his way to the program in 2025 after a stint coaching in the UFL and XFL where he was named 2023 XFL Coach of the Year. After reloading his roster and attempting to make a force at the FCS level, it is imperative for Coach Barlow to get some momentum for his program. After replacing the legendary Eddie George, Barlow feels the pressure to win immediately in this modern era of college athletics that trickles down all the way from blue bloods to the FCS and other divisions.

Daylin Lee (QB #11) The 6’2 physical senior looks to be a problem for opposing defenses with his sizable frame. Lee had a solid performance in last week’s opener against Jackson State posting 265 yards through the air, 40 on the ground, and zero turnovers to go along with his two touchdowns. If The Tigers stand a chance Saturday, it is strictly because of the experienced athlete leading the charge for them. Last season at Winston- Salem State, Lee started nine games with respectable statistics posting 2,046 yards through the air with 23 touchdowns and only seven turnovers.

Jayden Guy (WR #0 ) Starting the year off hot, the 5’11 sophomore racked up 148 yards on nine catches to help give his offense a jumpstart in the season opener for the Tigers. Getting involved early and often, Guy’s speed and ability to find space in zone coverage proved to be a significant problem for opposing defenses. The sure-handed sophomore looks to be the favorite target for senior quarterback Daylin Lee, and both players seem to be the jumper cables needed to fire up the offense in order to produce points, yards, and numbers.

Cam Bulluck (WR #1) The counterpart on the other side of Jayden Guy could not be more different. Guy, a smaller and quicker receiver, has Bulluck to pair with him who boasts a significant 6’3 frame that can be used in all areas of the field but especially on third down and in the red zone. Catching seven passes for 53 yards in their season opener, Bulluck, Guy, and Lee made up the majority of all offensive production for the Tigers, and that looks to be the new look for this revamped offense. Bulluck’s large frame helps him position well against defensive backs while causing serious matchup problems in man coverage.

Brendan Hale (S #8) The fifth year starting safety for the Tigers is a heat seeking missile looking for the football. Anytime there is a chance to have a play on the ball, Hale makes his presence known by attacking downhill in the run game and pass game. With a game high 10 tackles in the opener, the safety looks to be the proven leader of the defense. After playing in only six games in 2025 and seeing limited action, Hale appears to have made significant strides in his craft and he wants to be an impact player for this defense.

Epoki Fakaosi (LB #33) The junior college transfer posted six tackles in their loss this past weekend. Although his frame is on the smaller side for a Division I linebacker, Fakaosi makes up for it with his high football IQ along with secure tackling that will pose serious issues for the Georgia offense in the open field. At only 5’11, Fakaosi makes up for his lack of size with early play recognition and bolstering communication with his unit. The Tiger defense appears to be looking to Fakaosi as their leader and engine in order to secure stops and make plays.
