[su_spacer size=”20″] Head coach Joni Taylor (formerly Crenshaw) is set to begin her first season at the helm of the Georgia women’s basketball program, and Lady Bulldog fans are invited to be a part of the action by ordering season tickets for the upcoming 2015-16 campaign.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Season ticket packages are now on sale and can be ordered online at www.GeorgiaDogs.com for $40 apiece. All season ticket holders will receive concession vouchers, an opportunity to go on a road trip for a game and attendance rewards for perfect attendance, among other incentives.
[su_spacer size=”40″] “We are very excited about the upcoming season and look forward to seeing great crowds at Stegeman Coliseum,” Taylor said. “When we made our non-conference schedule our philosophy was to give our team and our fans an opportunity to be a part of some exciting matchups. With our non-conference schedule and always highly-competitive SEC schedule, we feel like there is plenty for our team and fans to be excited about. I challenge all of our Lady Bulldog fans to join us and purchase season tickets today!”
[su_spacer size=”40″] There will be a total of 17 home games this season — a list which includes nine non-conference dates and eight SEC games that will be announced at a later date.
[su_spacer size=”40″] The Lady Bulldogs return 11 letterwinners, including four senior starters off of last year’s team. Among the returnees is senior Shacobia Barbee, who returns after being named to the 2013-14 All-SEC Second Team. Senior guard and three-year starter Tiaria Griffin also returns to the lineup for her senior campaign, while 2014-15 SEC All-Freshman Team selection Mackenzie Engram will be back for her sophomore season.
